Super Hotel O Vizag Near IT Park Rushikonda

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I feel completely cheated out of my money. The room I was given had no window, making it feel suffocating. There were cockroaches crawling around, and the bedding was filthy with visible stains. When I asked for a clean bedsheet, I was disgusted to be handed a used one instead. The geyser didn't work, so I couldn't even take a proper shower, and the lift was a nightmare. It broke down every single time I tried to use it. I had to carry my luggage up five floors, which was beyond frustrating. I've attached videos and pictures to show the poor state of the room and amenities. The lack of basic hygiene and proper facilities is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed and would never recommend this place to anyone.

The rooms are really very bad and uncomfortable to stay. Before paying I checked with the receptionist on room condition and he guided us that rooms are good, so I have booked room for 2 nights. After check-in we found untidy ness of bed and water marks in wash rooms. Then we asked for a room change for which they agreed and allotted terrace room which looks unsafe for women, so I have immediately checked out. I suggest, people who are going to stay there first check the rooms and then pay. I have almost lost my 3k amount which is non refundable.

Oyo is a Big Scam. Recently I had visited Vizag and had to find a temporary stay and I availed Oyorooms' services. Although I stayed there for 6 nights , the status of the room and hotel was very bad. My workshop was from 9-6 and hardly had any time to look for a better accommodation. I paid almost 1.5 K per night , the room and hotel did not deserve even Rs 500 per night. here are some of the photos.

Great Place to stay. Hotel Manger Vasu a great helpful guy.Hotel owner himself is caring. Very nice place to stay. Near to rushikonda beach. Love to stay in this hotel once more.

Really bad place to stay. They don't maintain the rooms. I booked a suite room and apart from big rooms & AC nothing was working. Doors are not closing, locks are not working, washroom is dirty. When I asked for extra bed, they gave me torn mattress and after asking them to replace it their reply was `sir mattress is torn that we know but your are the only one who is complaining about this mattress, no one till now complaint about this so why are you asking for change of mattress?' Overall they are not maintaining the rooms and bad response if you ask something to make right. I just have one question to all people who gave 4+ rating to this hotel. Guys do you really have visited any other hotel apart from this one? If not please compare and then give ratings.
