The recent incident involving room allocation requires immediate attention. Guests with confirmed reservations were unfortunately denied access to their booked rooms. This disruption caused considerable inconvenience and reflects poorly on our service standards. A thorough investigation into the matter is underway to determine the root cause of the error. Hotel rooms are good, but Hotel Name is different "VISWAM GRAND" & NOT ALLOWED MY VEHICLE EVEN Though PARKING PLACE AVAILABLE. THEY SAID THAT OWNER VEHICLE IS ONLY ALLOWED TO PARKING INSIDE, then why did you manage Hotel booking & guests to your Hotel? Out side street parking also very conjusted. Not provision of 4 Wheeler parking.

The room was very clean and spacious with decent furniture and bath. The reception staff was great, super helpful with a very cheerful attitude.

Had a troublesome experience after reaching hotel late in the evening. Dusty interior which looks not vacuumed since a long time. Rooms were not at all cleaned up and there were hair everywhere on pillows and bed. Broken taps and cupboard handles.

Worst experience, my parents generally adjust to the hotels, but for the first time they complained that the hotel is bad.

There was hair on the bed after sleeping on bed for sometime got skin rashes and the AC was central which we can't set temperature the soap in the bathroom was used

We booked online via oyo. Overall good experience.Rooms are clean and well maintained and at a reasonable price too. Good hospitality.
