Worst room. No internet for all 3 days... owner does no recharge to internet. This happened to me in the same hotel 3 months back... I have requested them many times but they simply say... we are sorry but they can't do any thing about internet. Very very disappointed

Worst experience. The rooms were old and unclean; you can't trust touching anything, as every area is covered in dust and dirt. They haven't done any proper maintenance or even made an effort to clean the rooms. The bathrooms were the worst. We also ordered food from their restaurant and were delivered unclean plates--please don't try it. When we unknowingly ordered from their restaurant again, even the parcels were packed with dirt. Not recommended.

I had not yet received the Tax Invoice or bill for my stay, so I am planning to approach GST department, if I didnt get my invoice by 19th June 2024 by email.

Good rooms, cleanliness is ok. No drinking water or towels provided during our 5 day stay even after requesting for them. No breakfast first 2 days either. Staff is polite but reception cannot help with simple tasks like booking a cab. Apart from all this, everything else is good.

Genuinely I feel they can do much better by making some simple changes. It is being run like a lodge. Infrastructure is okay but service is substandard. Probably because no training imparted to staff. Service boys don't know what courteous behavior is. And when something is told to them, they would give you naive smiles. Desk staff appear to be willing to help. Other staff also dutiful. Bedsheets are not changed often. Towels were not very great. Baby cockroaches on floor and bed. Floor cleaning with smelly cloth, which adds to the aroma. As I have seen worse, I find this hotel okay for short stays. Wish they get along with quality as earlier days and hope this feedback helps them improve. Otherwise business will flourish anyways in this 'in demand' area... Both Restaurants are well abuzz in the area. Other reviews cover them well.

We were there for breakfast and opted ac sitting. They have good options for breakfast with economical prices. Service was a bit slow as I suppose it was during weekend. Overall it's recommended for food lovers. I like the taste of Sambar and Chutney. Go for it guys...

The worst Hotel experience in my life. There is no kitchen, they will get you food from outside with double rates. In the name of free breakfast they are taking Rs. 200 extra and Gave 2 idlis of worth Rs. 20 from outside. The water tapes and electrical switches & points are not working and are not maintained. There are no hot water facility, in the name of hot water they gave water heater with a bamboo stick. Very limited television channels. The room service was worst, they don't even have spoons. The bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty. I would love to give minus rating if I am allowed to.
