SSG Residency - Hotels in Vizag

Stayed in property with my family on 21/12/24 & 22/12/24 some of the people in front desk are pathetic,not recommended for family.Not a child friendly hotel.

Rooms filled with cockroaches. Horrible experience. They turn off AC as and when they want to save electricity bill. They justify by saying that the MCB is tripped due to load. Other room maintenance is good in terms of wash rooms. To an extent staff behaviour is polite. Car cannot enter the lane. Good restaurants around within 2 to 3 min walking distance

The room was not maintained, but however the checkin was hassel free and staff were well manner peoples. Also its very nearby to the station ag a very reasonable price. Couples can also can do check this as its a couple friendly. Free wifi works superb. Afterall a good experience.

The worst hotel room experience everwasnt satisfied with anything. was a complete disaster.This was the worst hotel room I have ever experienced in my wide travels. The room on entering was stinking. so were the blankets. The walls were stained . In short everything was a disaster. Oyo needs to look into this,though it was a cheaper room i have stayed in better rooms charging the same rates. even stayed in hostels who offered better facilities and clean rooms for cheaper prices. nWe travel all the way and least we can expect is a clean, hygenic rooms with decent ambience.nStrict action needs go be taken for such substandard rooms, it is not that we are staying there for freenOyo please look into this not just here but all across your chain of hotels, but the next time i will think twice before booking oyo rooms as competitors offer better rooms and good facilities for the same tariff

The hotel is located inside a small street opposite to the railway station of visakhapatnam. The environment is really not so good. The hotel is good but the maintenance can be taken care very much. Small cockroaches and mosquitoes are very much visible most of the time in the rooms. The management needs to really take care of that. The provide drinking water as part of room service and a bit of cleaning.

I think it is good for what you paid for.. It would have better if there is a water heater provided. Staff was good, rooms and washrooms are good and the place where this stay is located is just 600m to railway station. And finally would say that it's good and not so good or bad.

the reception asked us to pay extra 500 for ac when we checked in at 12.45 pm which was very disappointing at that time but i ended up paying as i am accompanied with my family and it's very hard to find alternatives at that point of time. the room was stinking with the smell of alcohol and cigarettes. hot water was not provided. this is the worst experience of my entire oyo. i will see how would you justify this trip to me. refund of the extra money which i paid would make me happy and to travel through oyo as usual.

I had booked a room, got confirmation from Oyo, but hotel refused my check in,i contacted customer care,they contacted the hotel and informed issue is sorted out,and i was good to go to the hotel.i had went to the place.property manager denied my check in,i contacted Oyo customer care,they put me on hold ,and later informed,i cannot check in,they are sorry. Property is in a remote location,and i had to walk 2-3 km to get there,.and it doesn't seem a safe locality,am stranded here,looking for a place to stay, walking with my luggage. Am going to file case against Oyo for treating bad and putting me in a hectic dangerous situation in the consumer court.customer care offered refund, informing me they cannot do anything now.which is not acceptable.
