Siesta Muralinagar

We were told a hell lot of stories regarding rooms and allotment by Mr.Chandu there. But we faced hell after check-in. There was no water, taps were not working, plumber came to repair after half a day, we adjusted for freshing up in some other room. We booked 2 rooms but when we went there all the rooms were pre occupied and we were given bride and groom rooms and we were requested to adjust till 12pm and that they will allot rooms after 12. Nothing was done. Hotel is ok but services and management are at worst.

I am writing this review after 5 days of staying at this hotel,it is approx 5 km away from Railway station and Airport. Pro : Location is very awesome. : everything is is in working condition like [Fridge , TV , Electric Kettle, AC] : 24/7 Staff availability : Bevarages like tea coffee & cold drinks availability in the hotel [Paid] Con : Room smells stinky need to apply freshers every day. : Coffee or tea price is very high when compared with taste. : Bed Little extra soft which makes me uncomfortable while sleeping. : Very limited Breakfast [one puri two idly] [one puri two bonda] : The Allowences Stick in the room is not actually provided by the hotel. : Hot water ... I don't think the ever turned on geyser in 5 days of my staying.

We arrived in the evening and discovered that none of the toiletries in the room are working. I have been waiting here for over 2 hours for a new room. This level of service is unacceptable. It is expected that basic amenities like toiletries should be checked before assigning a room. If all the rooms are in this condition, it raises concerns about the maintenance by your staff. I will certainly not recommend this establishment to anyone in the future. We chose this hotel specifically because of its proximity to the airport, as we had an early morning flight to catch. However, the inconvenience caused by the non-functional toiletries and the delay in resolving the issue has greatly affected our overall experience. We expected a seamless stay before our flight, but unfortunately, this has not been the case.

Great service incredible food and best view beautiful atmosphere.Rooms are very comfortable to stay.

The rooms are not good. I am very disappointed by the way of their service. I was there for 2 days. Hot water is not coming. To get hot water, we need to waste at least 10-15 bukets of cold water. I sincerely suggest dont prefer this hotel at any time. Food is too worst.

I have booked a room 2 days before by coming to treebo siesta in person. but at the time i arrived to hotel that room is given to someone and they gave us a sticky room I have asked to bring room freshener for 4 times they still didn't sprayed it there no geaser, no tv, and no minimum amenities that we usually get in general hotels nowadays on the top of that they said there will be complementary breakfast will be provided with a coffee I went to reception at 8:15am because they are not lifting the calls and they are sleeping I tried to wake up them they are not waking up like they are not bother of customers this is the atrocious management i have never seen
