SIERA BEACH HOTEL

First of all it is a remote location and doesn't have proper road before the hotel. Car either gets slipped or punctured. Worst Hospitality. No proper response when we called to inform them about and our arrival. No hygiene at all. Worst maintainance of rooms,lift and dining area. I think it's been ages since they cleaned the lift. So many stains on bedsheets. No proper water in bathroom. No hot water. Windows locks were broken. No privacy at all. People can easily here everything ur doing the room. We heard things all the night like watching movie without the screen.. people book room in this hotel only to drink throughout the night. These drunk people make chaos entire night. Not safe for families. Please don't get fooled by the images they have posted. I have taken few pics,have a look. I strictly don't recommend this location. They even take gst on water bottle they charge 30rs plus GST for an water bottle.

very, very poor quality of the room, specially the washroom. The room service was okay the food was also okay but the washroom toilet seat was broken. We had informed them to change it but they did not. I'm sharing the video of the toilet seat so that you can see for yourself. I would strongly recommend once you enter the room please check all the amenities. The shower was very poor quality. The water was not coming out of the shower properly and the washroom was very very dirty and rusted.

The rooms were good, but the bathrooms were appalling. Parking is very limited hardly 2-3 cars can fit in the property. The approach road is very bad. At least they could've leveled it with some gravel or something. Sedans would face hard times getting to the hotel.

This hotel needs to be rated down to 2 star hotel. They have no hot water, they dont change the cushion covers, their cot mattress is damaged. You need to call them repeatedly to even ask for drinking water. Washroom stinks. I had a good time in Vizag, but a bad hotel experience.

There are pros and cons for this!! Coming to rooms they're good but they didn't provide doormats that made our room a bit dirty! The staff and everything was totally fine! Try to improve little things and it will be so good

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an absolute nightmare. The staff were consistently rude and unhelpful; getting even a simple request like a water bottle required at least ten calls. When we asked for assistance with infant food, we were met with indifference and told their system didn't have the option. We had to argue just to get basic help. To make matters worse, despite booking a sea-facing room, we were given a room on the second floor with no view. They showed us a room on the fifth floor but then switched us without explanation. Don't be fooled by the photos--they only show the view from their restaurant on the sixth floor. Breakfast was another letdown. There were very few options, and when I inquired about fruits, I was told they were gone because they only cut them once. To top it off, tea was chargeable while coffee was the only complimentary option. If you're considering this hotel, do yourself a favor and read other reviews; the consistent feedback about their pathetic service is undeniable. Unfortunately, we missed these warnings, but you don't have to. Look elsewhere for a better experience.
