A nice place for 2-3 days stay in Duvvada with clean AC rooms and all basic amenities. A full apartment or single room can be booked at most affordable tarrif. However, only one lift is provided which was stuck at night and couldn't be repaired till 10 in the morning.

Hello all, we as family rented an apartment and stayed here for 5 days, hereby his review. I would give this place 3 stars just because I found this place unhygienic and lacks cleanliness, the bed sheets/comforter were dirty also the bathrooms weren't clean enough and all the rods in the bathrooms are rusted so you can't hang your towels or cloths on it. Over all good stay but could have been better if it had been maintained well.

It's a good service apartment located very near to duvvada railway station. Neat and clean. Has all basic requirements like TV, washing machine, refrigerator

Budget friendly. Good amenities. They provide rooms in flats. They provide one for 2 people. For a group of four or more entire flat can be provided. Prices are reasonable. They have started two months back. They are improving there services.

While pre booking for single room,their reaction : you can come directly, we will provide u single room(1000/-) on that day. On the day of stay, when u go,their reaction : no rooms are available, only 3 bedroom available for 4000/- . If you ask them further, they say 2 bedroom is available for 3000/-

Accessible and approachable from kurmannapalem.spacious and well maintained rooms. Don't expect hot water here always.and no food will be served.plan your dine and come here

Near to Duvvada station, good option for RINL and SEZ visitors, no food facilities available but Zomato works here
