Visiting this hotel after 5 years. The quality of service of this hotel has degraded like anything. The linens they provide are not at all clean. The pillow covers have turned yellow. I asked the room service to change my pillow covers. The washed pillow covers were more dirty than the one they had already provided + language barriers. It takes a lot of effort to make them understand.

Average experience staying in Ramachandra Residency. Firstly, there's an issue with Agoda integration with this hotel. Kindly don't book via agoda for this hotel. Secondly, owner hasn't updated the address of this hotel in online bookings correctly. All the map searches for Super OYO townhouse Gajuka leads to newer Gajuwaka road hotel whereas this hotel is located in older Gajuwaka. Rooms are average. However, mattress is below average. Mattresses should be upgraded along with newer fabric for the bedsheets. Fan makes noise and should be addressed. Room number 404. Bathroom is a bit small and inconvenient to use the wash basin area. Bathroom door locks are super hard and need to be addressed. Overall an average experience.

I stayed at Ramachandra Hotel for 6 days and noticed several issues during my stay. Firstly, the room was infested with cockroaches. I even found them on the bed after returning from work. Despite raising this concern with the staff, no action was taken to resolve the issue. Secondly, I observed that when the housekeeping staff cleaned the room, they washed the mugs and glasses in the bathroom, which is extremely unhygienic and concerning. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the guest experience.

I booked this property online(OYO). I reached the property at 10 PM. The person sitting at the reception denied our check in. When i saw him the booking id.. he replied "Sir ye hotel to yahi h par yaha pe ek bhi room khali nhi h". Very bad experience. The OYO app replied to me that "Sir waha pe room to available the".. this was very funny but seriously i uninstalled the OYO first and then forward a msg to my group to not to go for this property. Now i am giving review.

Rooms for the price. I booked through MMT. They don't offer breakfast there. Yhe bedding when I reached were dirty, but changed them on request. Experience was not that bad

Hotel is very good at its price. Value for money. Restaurant is very good specially the breakfast. Otherwise also good joint for families. Price bit expensive.
