OYO Flagship 9930 Hotel Avs Residency

One can prefer to stay on foot path but not this lodge. Most horrible lodge on this planet. no WiFi, no generator. no food service but name is "Hotel AVS residency"they provide nothing in the room even a water bottle and glass also.For two persons two hangers of foot path type in wardrobe.Lift didn't work for whole day.heigenic condition is below standard,.Most important point is ,this lodge is being managed by two illiterate rowdies, they don't understand any language other than Telugu.They even misbehave ,when I asked them to change used bed sheet when I checked in, those two illiterate guys told me that it can be only changed on next day as concerned staff will be not there after 4PM.I was shocked to listen their such comments, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, one of them asked me to check out as if people are in quein fact I could see only 3 to 4 rooms were occupied. Totally vacant.Never never stay in this lodge. Horrible spot of world. They charge 1600 for one double bedroom, but it is not even worth for 800 rupees

The location is good. The moment you get out of hotel you can get everything. But there is no space for parking. And also they don't provide water in the room. Wifi is available but the speed is decent. Its just 1 to 1.5 km from Duvvada station pf 1.

Rooms were ok, property was good. Bedsheets hygiene not as expected. Need to improve. Bathroom windows all glass broken. Could view outside. They did not have provision to provide receipt. Ac, tv, hot water was ok and worked well. Lots of moskitoe. But they provided all out.

Disappointing - 1. Rooms are not cleaned and sanitized before our eyes 2. Staff response time is at their ease 3. No hot water in washrooms. Repeated requests and calls were required to be made before they got hot water from else where 4. Staff's expert advice for getting hot water is to waste 2-3 buckets of water each time Overall the experience was not satisfying.

The staff if helpful but u need to ask for the common services like. Like for water bottle and towels even. The hotel doesn't provide any kind of food. And the good restaurants to eat is far away from the location. No sitting area at the reception area, and there are only Tamil or Telugu language chennals available at the TV set in rooms. Rooms are clean and furnished.

Well great hotel with very helpful staff. This is an OYO hotel. So the tidiness are as per OYO standards as they show in picture if you book through OYO or Paytm. The cost per night is mostly moderate which ranges from 700-850 per night. I stayed here at for 2 nights i.e at new year eve and new year and I got charged 710 per night. The main drawback of this hotel is it very far from the city. It will take you almost an hour to reach city. But still the public transport is frequent towards city for every 15 min. So make sure while booking and book as per your requirement. You also check for offers and try to make you stay more affordable by using apps like Paytm and Ola. Hope you have a great stay. These guys are really kind and helpful, when we stayed here they did not object to is coming back late at night. There is also paradise and alpha restaurant close by to this place for a good biryani. The locality is also really affordable for any set of people who come for a trip.
