Very bad behavior. We had a confirmed booking, but he denied to give us room. Charged extra money, from the price that shown online. If you are booking this hotel online, there is very less probability that you will get a room. Get ready to be disappointed at this hotel.

I've reserved the room by paying online but after reaching the hotel the receptionist said that the room isn't available for the price that I've booked. Instead the staff said that there are no rooms available. OYO is looting the customers money and till date I haven't got the refund. Zero rating
The place can only be booked because of location. The rooms are not maintained properly. The service is poor. All the rain water came inside the room. No generator. Very bad experience.
I gave single star because i dont have lower star than that otherwise zerostar for this.The owner or whoever of this property is feeling like he is the only one maintaining an oyo in entire city and he himself keeping the oyo tag and lising in app for booking the hotel and at the time of checkin they are saying we can't provide you a room at this oyo price then why the hell you mentioned your property as oyo and listed it in oyo app if you have separate tariff?If you have your own tariff try to list it as a local lodge and for the people who are not having other option rather than staying at this oyo book through oyo only and if he asks extra amount call oyo inform them and if they agreed to pay the refund for what you are paying extra then only checkin otherwise seek some decent oyo rather than this dirty oyo where there are some bad things happening there and highly rude and ruthless owners.
