OYO 69110 Mohan Residency

I got the room at a discounted price from OYO. The best thing about the place is the staff behaviour which is what makes a hotel worth returning to. I did not have any difficulty during my stay here. The hotel is well connected too. However the complimentary breakfast that was mentioned in the app was denied which wasn't much of a big deal but worth mentioning. I would totally recommend this place.

Pathatic service. House keeping worst. No power backup. Rooms always smells. Washrooms are worst. If check in early they charged more price other than booking amount. Otherwise they denie our booking. Finally it's a worst room and not suited in budget.

worst service ever 1. Room was not clean and smelly . 2. bathroom was not clean . when I ask receptionist to change the room or clean it. he clearly denide . 3.Ac was not working 4.TV was not working . 5.rude behavior . 6. when we ask for blanket or towel they denied 7. drinking water not available . NOT WORTH BOOKING .... I REGRET ...

There is no service like water bottle in this hotel. U have to buy it outside when u are staying at nights. Room is good ambience good. Affordable price

The worst management and they keep the main doors always closed, there are no one to help you at night. You cannot either enter the hotel after 12:00 AM or leave the hotel before 6:00 AM. There is no room service even. I strictly recommend not to take this hotel as there are many other hotels on the main road at the same price.

Highly Recommended Hotel Who Wants To Live In Gajuwaka On Business or Holiday Trip To Vizag.....Very Nice Staff and Rooms are good and lots of restaurants near by and you have some apsrtc local city buses to rtc complex or any part of vizag from here.....Bhaskar Is One of Owner and such a nice person he takes care of people who visit his hotel.

Simply neat and clean. Ambiance was good. Only thing which bothered me is the small lift which and the way to reach the lift. Rest all are good.
