OYO 6285 Hotel AR Grand

The hotel is about ok. The bathrooms are decent. There is nothing much for service as such. The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant. Free breakfast is not a breakfast spread as one would expect. It is just breakfast from a nearby restaurant served at your room. But I loved the location as it is very close to both intercity and citybus services. Market is very close too. Despite this the rooms don't feel noisy.

The hotel is not centrally located and neither is the service good. The complimentary breakfast provided is the role-model for unhygienic food practices. The room is spacious but the pillows and the bed are hard making it hard to get some sleep at night.

Worst experience. After making full payment for reservation and even putting note that we will check in late, the moment we contacted the reception they said there is no vacancy. That is the standard of the hotel. They are simply doing business keeping more profit in mind and not customer service. For a hotel to run in long run should give importance to customer service that too for those who made complete payment. ||Minimum courtesy should be shown by even making a call to confirm whether the guest is coming or not if they are having any doubt, but that also did not happen. So putting the hotel in black list.

Its a budget hotel rooms r spacious and comfy for some reason the ac remote was not working no restaurant in hotel but the have briyani house n rolls are in same premise front desk is very helpful I will recommend it for people in budget!!

All had great fun talking and enjoyed they provided rooms who came from long distances and it costed rs-2000 per room and they provided function hall which we investment is 1 lakh on that day with out rooms.

I felt very happy I recieved qualitative and quantitative food with medium cost ,taste is nice ,service also good,i felt worthy with what I have recieved,i suggest people to go and have food ,I food quality is very nice ..
