Oriental Hut Hotel

Horrible. Due to late running of train we checked in late. On way thrice intimated hotel authority to arrangefl food & transport, (on payment) for going to airport on next day early morning and we were assured also. Nothing was there and we somehow could manage auto from road side at early morning to move to airport. As regards room service it was very poor and all articles like towel, soap, blanket etc. we had to get by asking. The conditions of toilet, TV etc can be seen from attached photos. Sorry to select any star.

Worst hotel I've ever seen. Rooms are tooooo much bad, what is in the picture. And Size to small too. There is no power backup at all. There is nothing called Room Service. If anything is not working,that will not work, how much you call service guys. Bed are very dirty. They even didn't change the bedsheets till your check out date. Recention is always empty. All tourist spots are so far away from here. Didn't recommed to any person.

I had an adventure trip with my friends in Vizag. So we planned to stay in this resort. Ambience is fine. Accessibility is fine. Dining is fine. Staff is attentive and helpful. Room is okay. Need to be more attractive.

I had booked dleux room for 2 adult + 2 children bit bed was too small for us, no extra bed was there, it was just a normal bed.. bedsheets towels etc. were not so clean.. staffs were cooperative

Great staff that know the true value of customer service special mention for Mr.Rajashekar for his excellent service.The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. We heard absolutely no street noise, had a peaceful sleep.

This was shown as pet friendly. But after calling the hotel the staff said they do not alloe dogs. So the hotel has provided wrong info. The staff cannot communicate professionally. Did not like the behaviour of the staff.

Hi I am sankar besar. We used the room no.107. every things is good especially the behaviour of the staff if we ignore the distamce from railway station

PLEASE DONT EVER BOOK IN THIS HOTEL. MY FAMILY IS STAYING HERE, WE BOOKED FOR BULK PEOPLE, NO HOT WATER FACILITY, SAYING SOME POWER ISSUE, EVEN WE ARE READY TO PAY EXTRA AMOUNT, THEY ARE GIVING ANSWERS WITH NEGLIGENCE, PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS KIND OF HOTELS.
