I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel! Despite being budget-friendly, the property is remarkably clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spotless and sparkling clean - you won't find a single speck of dust or dirt. The staff is warm and welcoming, providing exceptional service that makes you feel right at home. My only note is that the hotel is located in a bustling area, but that's a small trade-off for the outstanding quality and value. Highly recommended if you looking for budget friendly hotel"

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We felt comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any needs we had. The location of the hotel is also quite convenient, situated close to popular spots, making it easy to explore the city without much hassle. The Wi-Fi worked well, and there were basic amenities in the room, making it perfect for a short stay. --- Verdict: Northway Hotel offers a comfortable stay with great service and a convenient location. We booked an executive room which is spacious and equipped with amenities as we traveled with my 2year old I'm so relieved after checking in . Hotel restaurant service is good and food is even good the complementary breakfast has various items if I plan again to revisit I'll definitely check-in here

I had an overnight pit stop at Northway on my way to Bheemli and I believe the staff did everything to make my stay easy and relaxing. I got an upgrade without asking, and the breakfast was dot on time at 7.30 am. While the cereals were not as crunchy the other items in the breakfast spread were delicious. I also loved their filter coffee and special chicken biryani that I ordered the previous night. Little things like the quality of their in-room menu and smart TV with connected internet are what I loved. 5 out of 5 stars.

Customer service is subpar. The restaurant doesn't provide food in rooms before 7:00 p.m. When I tried to order from their restaurant at 5:00 p.m., they said there would be no service. I asked the receptionist, and she replied that I couldn't wait until 7 p.m. for your restaurant to open. Finally, she said that Swiggy would be fine, but when the delivery arrived, she said there wouldn't be room service. She shouted like anything...Is this how you treat customers? This hotel is not recommended; please move away.

The stay was bad. We had booked for a two night stay. We got a room which was had insects. The bedspread also had blood stains. We requested for a change of room. They apparently had no other rooms available. When we told that we might need to check out early if room change is not done, they were pretty rude in telling that we could do as we wanted. We took our luggage and vacated the room, then got a room change on the second day. This one was even worse, with less space, had roaches, no hot water, water was not draining properly as well. When requested for housekeeping, they never turned up. Food was Ok, security was friendly - this was the better part. The overall stay was not at all good or relaxing. Front desk people are not at all customer friendly. Would not prefer to come back for another stay.

A nice property if you're looking for an option around the 3-3.5k price range. Location is very nice and the service they provided was very good. Coming to the rooms, they were spacious and well maintained. They have a nice dining area. Breakfast had good options and menu was decent. Overall, this is one of the best options in its class.
