Naidu Grand Hotel Rooms

Worst experience. Pathetic room. We booked AC room. They gave us room in 5th floor. Room is not At all good. Washbasin tap is weak broken sink. Smell of the room also not good. Don't go to this hotel. Even auto drivers also advised us to not to go to this hotel. But we already booked this hotel in online.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years.The whole place stank of rot and mildew.it felt more like a nightmare than a hotel stay.This place is a complete disaster and should be shut down. Avoid this place like the plague. Finally don't go if you are taking family. this is not place for families

Room was not good. Ac was not working. Bedsheet and pillow covers were also not cleaned. When I asked for change them they said yes but after sometime they denied. Insects on the bed for that I'm unable to sleep whole night. Bathroom was also in poor condition. And staff behaviour was also very rude. Rooms are not worth of money.

I just came for 1 hour for fresh up. Room and restroom not good. No hot water. Total worst experience here. See the picture s

At the time of checkout, the guy managing the hotel asked me to show the booking on my phone for confirmation of checkout dates. He himself gave feedback of 5 stars without my permission and submitted it on Oyo app. Then we also came to know that he showed early checkout by one day. This was thoroughly unprofessional and fraudulent behaviour. The room given was too small, but AC was working fine. Drinking water was not provided. Cleanliness was not maintained. Housekeeping is pathetic. Room and bathroom were not cleaned. Stink of garbage on 5th floor. Overall it was an unpleasant stay.

Location wise it's a good option as it is at road point and we have plenty of food options. You can order online as well. The two stars are for AC and wifi. The reason for reducing 3 stars is the room size is small when compared to the price offered to me. The bedsheets are not cleaned. They are used ones. Only washroom and floors are cleaned. Bed maintenance is not found. There is lot of disturbance as well during night time. People keep on walking, shouting and crawling as well. I think the management should also learn how to knock the door and when to not knock the door.

Rooms are very bad. Very small rooms. Can't stay without a/c, it's so hot. Beds are also not so clean. No nearby good restaurants, we need depend on delivery. Easy accessible to simhachalam railway station and temple.
