It's a top most WORST hotel in Vizag, Room lock didn't work. Staff behaviour just like a drunk people. Ac not working, if anyone come with your family specially Female mamber the hotel didn't Safe for you. If you complain any staff for service they told you extra money for then they will do it. Room and bed not clean, Horrible Experience.

This is top most disgusting hotel in vizag, room not clean properly also bathroom, and staff behavior was very bad, if you plan with your family so please avoid this hotel. It's not safe for your family female member

The hotel is situated in a residential area near R.K beach and Kailasagiri. They staff are good and the rooms are adequate for the price I paid.

Most worst hotel.... service was very bad.first of all the staffs are didn't know Hindi and English language.they have used only their local language..room lock didn't work..I have booked ac room but ac also not working...

I ignored all the bad reviews and booked it anyway. I booked 2 rooms a 1 month ago and when I went to check in they said no rooms available on the same floor, I was traveling with my family. We booked in modern villa but they gave us room in a hotel infront of it. The room has 4 small lights in total which makes the room too dark and stinky. Tv never turned on no matter how much i tried. Shower was not working , the door locks were too bad. One time my mom was inside the room and the guy went inside without even knocking with tea. We booked our rooms with breakfast but recieved breakfast only 2 days throughout our stay. Had to make several calls to get a cup of tea. Wifi was not working. Everytime a new person was serving the tea and bluntly asking for a tip.We asked to clean the room at 8 in the morning and left to visit places till 4 they didn't bother to clean it. And the worst my mom got a necklace (not gold) that's missing don't know if they throw it out while cleaning bcz it was in a paper bag on the dresser. You can see stains on the bedsheet, pillows and even the blanket. Very bad for a family stay
