Overall experience was very good. Rooms are of excellent quality. Location wise, it is good but not at the sea shore. 6 min. walking distance from the sea shore. Food quality especially the breakfast is of very good quality. But the room service is not up to the mark. Even for getting the normal drinking water, I had to come down to the ground floor and fill up the bottle by myself. Though daily room cleaning service was very good. Another point, if the authority considers that would be great. If the restaurants boys / girls understand the common languages ( English / Hindi ) better that would add much needed value to their services.

Good location with proximity to the beach. Behavior of the staffs is top notch, best in class. Breakfast was awesome and another best things about this restaurant. They offered complimentary tea/coffee while collecting the baggage after day trip, what else I can ask for after a tiring day. It's full load of hospitality.

It was a great experience staying in this hotel, location is good and more over they have a nice parking space. Clean rooms, nice restaurant and quality foods. But the most important thing to mention is their service and behavior which makes this hotel as one of the best in the location. Each and everyone at service is very professional and well behaved, I truly appreciate and surely I'd love stay again in this hotel. Highly satisfied!!!

I have stayed 7 nights in the hotel. inclusive of breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was buffet type and plenty of choice. I could choose any items from the menu. Every body was friendly right from the management to restaurant staff. Very helpful. Looking for a fault but could not find one. If I have the opportunity to visit again to Visakhapatnam , I will definitely stay in this hotel. All the best and good luck. Thanks for your hospitality.
