Hotel Vivana

We,as a family of 10 people stayed for 3 days.The stay was pleasant and memorable.The rooms were nice, neat and clean. The staffs right from the reception to room services were awesome. The restaurant and food was amazing. Nice to stay from all the points.

The facilities were top-notch, and every detail was thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I especially loved the [mention specific facility like the spa, pool, restaurant, etc. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I will definitely recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for making my stay so memorable!" Also special compliment to Mr. Prem Sir, who is Front Desk Receptionist is very polite and humble. He elaborates all the great Tourist Places and helped me out for all needs. He is really supportive and provided things 24/7. My Special Thanks to him.

Very bad experience and very rude to the customers. I want to say the management team to take this point that you should recheck on the service team. The room service person is very rude is very respect to the customers and reception guy. Also who take response at night. He think that he is doing favour on the customers. What is very rude to customers.

Visited this place with friends. Pandu Mirchi Kodi Pulao is a must try. Boneless chicken biryani was the worst. Service was a bit late. Took approx 30-45 mins to get the order. Very disappointing experience.

The guy at front desk was very polite and responsible ... spacious and comfortable room.. food was good from their restaurant and their service too.. overall it was a great stay.. very much liked it

Bad reception people. Unhygeninc complimentary food... Yuck...Food along with insects is placed near the bouquet, people get into hospitals if we eat this kind of food with cockroaches roaming where food is kept. Bad service.Morning breakfast which was complimentary...there are cockroaches roaming on the plates and near the food where there are sandwiches. People are not polite at reception at all. If we order food also they are not accepting and cooperating. Bad service ...not recommended. Completely a

More like 4.5 stars. Staffs are welcoming and good people. One down vote would be the absence of own laundry services. Presently it is being outsourced but I am not satisfied with the Price(laundry) to the Quality of Service(laundry) ratio. It's absurd. Besides this point, overall stay is comfortable. +1 Rep.

Newspaper is to be delivered to guests. Double bed room a bit cramped. Whole hotel premises is a no smoking zone which is very good
