Nice and clean with proper maintenance under affordable range. Polite and helpful attitude of staff. Good thing is they got their own restaurant so there's no food issues as well. Overall a good stay under budget.

First of all, this is a 1-star lodge charging 3-star and 4-star hotel prices. When you first speak to them, they promise flexible check-in and check-out times, but in the end, they charge you exorbitant amounts. It's a 1-star hotel that compares itself to a 5-star establishment. The receptionists, Diwakar and another lady, are overly polite and friendly at the beginning, but their attitude changes when it comes to billing. Be cautious of them and this hotel. I do not recommend it at all. They charge an outrageous 3800 rupees for a basic room and provide a room with stained linens and poor housekeeping. Also, they charge higher prices offline than the cheaper online prices, so be careful if you're booking directly with them. The housekeeping staff has specific timings. When you ask them to clean the room before 9 AM, it's not possible because they come around 8 AM and clean the restaurant first. Furthermore, the housekeeping staff is rude when you ask them to return after a few minutes, saying they won't come back if you need them later. You also can't request an extra bed after 11 PM because there's no staff available. So, what's the point of charging such high rates if they fail to provide even the most basic services? They don't clean your room at check-in time, but they constantly rush you to check out so they can rent the room out again and make more money. They charge 209 rupees for a breakfast buffet, but trust me, you can get better food at a better price with more hygiene from roadside vendors. The plug points don't work, and there's water dripping in the washroom. Diwakar and the other receptionist are rude and speak to guests in an impolite manner, even with offensive hand gestures. They promise one thing at the start but add a lot of hidden charges at the end, operating in bad faith. Even the owners seem unconcerned about this. I had to leave the hotel at night because of the poor management and rude behavior of the receptionists. There are far better hotels at reasonable prices nearby, especially if you're willing to travel to Gajuwaka. The only reason I stayed here was due to its proximity to our event venue.

Dont be confused by the star rating of this hotel. This hotel doesnt have basic facility available. We booked an AC room but AC was not working properly. It had few mosquitos in the room as well. When enquired about any mosquito repellent I was asked to adjust with them as they dont have any remedy for it. Electric connections were also messed up with some sockets having continuous sparking. Had a really pathetic experience with this hotel. Dont ever book it . Dont know how they claim it to be 3 star hotel.

Good hotel. Neatly maintained. Hot water facility available and lift is also there. May be TV remotes not in working condition. Buffet breakfast available.

About Restaurant We have ordered two veg Biryanis one after another. What we ordered first time is taste is good, thatswhy I ordered one more but the Second one is different taste and its too worst. I feel like its fried rice not a veg biryani. Initially i have ordered Veg Pulav but they made like a veg fried rice with more vegitables

Hotel is located at the outskirts of the city near to the Airport.People travelling to Airports or port can book this hotel for quick access.The hotel is well maintained,clean with good food is being served.Rooms seems to be newly built and needs minor adjustments for better experience .Overall one can expect a hassle free comfort stay.

Rooms are very hygienic and Comfort. Staff are polite and very decent. Restaurant is available and room service also available. Food is delicious specially biryani is too good.

The Hotel has an ease of access from airport and railway station too. I stayed for two days, the Staff was courteous and hospitality was outstanding, i would revisit this place again for the scrumptious biryanis and accommodation.
