Hotel SM PARADISE

The staff there aren't very fluent in English, but the stay was quite pleasant overall. The food portions are generous--more than enough for one person, so keep that in mind. The room we stayed in did have some drainage issues in the bathroom, but aside from that, it's a good place to stay.

The hotel is good. Manager madam is very much helpful. She always helps boarders with smiling face. The behaviour of the service boys is very good. Particularly Bikram is a very good boy.

I am Dr Mani Kumar. why I'm saying my name is now a days giving rating to a hotel is also a business. many fake reviews are going on. it's my sincere review that girl is amazing. cleanliness, ambiance and comfort. it is situated in gantyala near Gajuwaka, visakhapatnam. if location is ok for you book without any second thought.

Stayed there for three days. Bed sheets are very dirty and they didn't bother changing it after the previous tenant. Washroom taps are leaky. Limited parking space for only one car available. The complementary breakfast was just the receptionist getting idli and dosa parcel from outside.

Firstly there are two locations updated in Google..1 location doesn't exist at all..No phone number updated in Google..Location is too far, surroundings are pathetic.. Secondly rooms are worst, no toiletries provided, no service at all..They did not even care to give atleast the complementary items..hotel located in a gully next to main road..Parking problem even if they have it bcoz of gully traffic it's difficult to park.. No availability of veg restaurants nearby..Only bars, nonveg, unhygienic surroundings.. Pathetic , dirty, worst.. Came driving from almost 700kms with parents..Reached by evening 7pm.. The room boy who was present there said he will come to room and get us whatever we want.. He never appeared again even after calling many times.. Due to unavailability of vegetarian food around we all slept without dinner and left early morning.. No ventilation in rooms..No single window.. Its like a jail.. I seriously felt very bad by their treatment.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.. NOT EVEN A PENNY WORTH THE MONEY..

Rooms are well maintained and i would suggest this for families.. Staff is also very good and responsive..

I chose SM Paradise in Gajuwaka for a family stay of two nights based on its good Google ratings. We stayed in an executive room, which was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom was small and had a bad odor, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, I faced water problems several times during my stay, and since the room telephone was not working, I had to go down personally to ask the staff to turn on the water motor. The hotel has only one parking spot inside, so if it's occupied, you will need to park outside. No complimentary drinking water was provided, which is usually a standard service, though soap and towels were available. I also felt the staff lacked proper hospitality training, and during checkout, they asked me to leave positive feedback, which felt a bit forced considering the issues I faced.
