Hotel Sitara Grand - Multi Cuisine Restaurant

One of the worst experiences I had in this restaurant they have behavioural issues with lots of arrogant in nature. We as a family order veg biryani but they had serve incomplete dish we found chicken pieces in the veg biryani and this is not mistakenly did This restaurant make fools of all devotees God will definitely punish them Worst , pathetic behaviour of staff and waiters . I had never faced such type of awful service in my whole life . Very third class restaurant and service .

Zero star is the best rating I can give to this waste hotel,pathetic.worst customer service,no flexibility,not convenient,very bad hospitality,in one year,this hotel will shut down.I hope this review will help the other customers

It One of the restaurants we visited after our trip to Simhachalam worst experience and worst is not a enough word. We intended to have a vegetarian lunch during the Karthika Masam, but upon ordering the vegetarian biryani, we shockingly discovered the presence of prawns in the dish. This was not a case of mistaken order, as it was explicitly labeled as a vegetarian biryani and it have beans ,aloo ,cauliflower etc.Staff was saying misplaced it but i asked simple question how come veg biryani has prawns,so you can understand they cooking veg biryani either with prawns or cook is very careless and Also, it's proven that the same utensils have been used for both veg and non-veg. #UtensilConfusion sitara #VegVsNonVeg #Avoidatanycost#Hotel Sitara Grand - Multi Cuisine Restaurant fraud , #Sitarafraud,#Sitaracareless,#SitaraAvoidvegetarians.

Worst experience ever at restaurant..... Their staff behaviour was very rude

I've come here to get a food parcel. In the ground floor there is a counter no system to get the order and no one were there to update anything here. Some security person have guided me to go for first floor. There a lady sitting in the reception and were talking to phone with someone. She is not responding and not ready to take an order. Some supervisor have come to me and have taken an order and have asked me to wait at ground floor to take the order. It is not a proper way to behave with the customer.
