HOTEL SINKA GRAND

Now that's what i call a terrible experience. First i was offered a room where the AC blows straight to the face as the swing doesn't work. And the fan either turns fast as hell in 5 or dead slow in the rest. And the walls were also dirty. I complained, and now the room was changed. Again the same issues. So i complained again. And finally i was given a bigger which was initially shown the make my trip website. 1. First of all it's not a king size bed it's two double cot beds joined together. 2. Same issue with the fan, full blast or dead slow. 3. Bath room doesn't have lock. 4. The work chair is jus a plastic chair with a almost ready to break table like platform under the TV. 5. This is the best funny part.The waiter boy came to my room and asked me to vacate stating that the room is booked only for 12 hrs. 6. So I had to go to the reception and show him the booking that it's from 12pm to 12pm, so finally i was given the permission to stay. Isn't that funny despite paying money. 7. Electric works were happening during my stay in my room. 8. The worst bathroom till date, no proper shower. No proper hand jet. 9. I don't understand how this rating is showing as 4.

Very bad experience. Beds were full of termites and mattresses were full of fungus. Hygeine levels are very poor. No handles to bathroom doors. They couldn't provide alternate rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful but no use.

Gud parking area there is a function hall where one floor is function and other for dining easily gud for 200 people

Very unpleasant experience.Literally no room service.... didn't know whom to complain as we were told that manager is on holiday since 10days.....soiled and dirty bed linen. Couldn't sleep properly...no hot water....had no electricity supply to tv cabinet. No complimentary water bottle. Was charged 20/- What kind of hotel management is this. We had booked more than 10rooms in bulk and every body had the same bad experience. Surprised by the 4 star ratins.would never recommend it.

The rooms may look decent, but don't be fooled ..our experience here was the worst we've ever had. We booked 30 rooms, and some had bed bugs, while others had non-functional ACs. In one room, water was even seeping out of the tiles. When we requested extra beds, they were out of stock. The staff seemed uninterested and took too long to complete tasks. The hotel only has one slow lift and with the place crowded due to various events we often had to walk up to the 5th floor. There are many good hotels in this area but if you still decide to stay here ..do so at your own risk. We hope they improve these issues but this is the current condition of the hotel.

The staff is very friendly and makes sure comfort is the main priority of the guest. Good and quick service. Definitely worth the price and the rooms are maintained very well.

The experience was too bad and even worst. I will suggest everyone who ever are planning to do any kind of events as well as stay in this hotel to think before taking their services. The service was zero according to me as well as my friends and families were very disappointed.
