I stayed here for 3N and 4D with my family. Had an average experience here. The rooms are not well maintained though are big in size and will fit your budget. The bathrooms are dirty and has lot of plumbing issues. Poor room service. The caretaker, when approached for assistance, will stare at you like a fool, though he is a jolly person. But is quite incapable to solve your issues. Homemade food is supplied. Tasty but not worth the amount that is charged for it. The bed sheets of my room were changed in the third night after consistent complaints. The shower in my bathroom was not functioning. The LED Tv was a disaster. The recharge was not done for the cable. After a couple of days, the owner recharged it only to find that no non-Telugu channels are subscribed. I had to literally subscribe the Star Sports 1 channel to watch the Ind-Aus cricket match, using the owner's cellphone. The staffs are friendly but have almost no solutions to your issues. Overall experience was average. If a little effort is made on customer service and assistance, definitely this hotel has full potential to be a crowd-puller. It's location is its USP (Sea-View rooms). Lack of shops nearby can piss you off a bit. I will rate it 2 stars for now. But if the above issues are handled properly, I would love to increase my stars for the hotel. Hope this review helps you. Thank you.

Good rooms reasonable prices at jodugullupalem beach location. But still not satisfied with rooms because of their cleanliness and maintainance . They have to look after it

Hotel is new but very bad service not even intercom is present there, if you have to ask something you have to come down to reception and also it happened twice that no one was present in reception. Cleanliness is not up to the mark. But us location is very good, located near kailashgiri hills and the view from window is fabulous you will love it. I am giving 3 star only because of the location.

Location wise it is good hotel. But the ac does not work, they do not have a tv in the room, fan keep making noise by hitting the ceiling, washroom door lock was broken, no water in washroom, no sanitary items were there in washroom, does not provide water bottles after repeatedly requesting them. They have big glass window but no curtains and the sunlight enters the room through out the afternoon.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We stayed here for three days with ZERO security. Their windows do not have frames and cannot be closed!eaves you feeling scared when you're there, for your life because anybody can jump in through the window and when you aren't, for your belongings getting stolen!! Even on the second floor there are ledges on the window which can be easily accessed. There is just one guy all day long to handle your issues with ZERO politeness. Anything you ask for including WATER IN THE TAP is met with Curt responses! There is absolutely no question of asking for drinking water or coffee because guess what? There's no KITCHEN! There is ZERO ambience. The photos on Google are morphed. We tried to get a room in a different hot but everywhere else was booked as it was the first week of January. The ONLY thing nice about the place is the VIEW. Golly goodness, THE VIEW IS AMAZING! Also the accessibility to the beach. It's not a developed beach yet so there won't be many people around. Just locals, fishing and such. It's beautiful. But there are plenty of other hotels on the beach road so better choose them folks! The place was undergoing major repair works while we stayed so it was a real bummer. I'm really hoping, when they finish it shall be much better because if it doesn't improve, this Sea Pearl's gon' SINK. To the bottom of the sea!

Room quality is below avg. Overall building is very poor. Locality- Not safe. Staffs- Rude AF and doesn't care about customers at all just as the owner. I would advise to not even think of giving this a try with your family. I have cancelled my oyo booking as they refused to take the amount via oyo (Very rudely). Would recommend to stay in Hotel AVS Residency which i did later at that night with a friends recommendation. I hope this feedback saves someone's time and humiliation.

Hotel is faraway from station. Rooms are dirty,filthy, and full of water coming from bathroom.Room service is worth to mention.Television is kept as a show piece.Behaviour of the manager is intolerable.RK Beach,Rushikonda Beach aand other tourist attractions are atleast 6 to 7 km away from the hotel.No hotels or restaurant is found nearabout.Moreover the room rate is too high than its quality of service. Only the owner's behaviour is to good to mention.He is a good man in nature but not a good administrator.
