We had an amazing 2-day stay with our family at Hotel Rockdale. From the moment we checked in, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. A special mention to FO Vijaya for her warm assistance--it really made us feel welcome right away. We stayed in Deluxe Room No. 304, and it was spotless and well-maintained thanks to Pushpa from housekeeping. She did a fantastic job ensuring everything was perfect throughout our stay. All the staff were incredibly friendly and humble, creating a very comfortable and homely atmosphere. We truly enjoyed every moment and highly recommend Hotel Rockdale for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit GREAT

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rockdale! Everything was perfect right from the start. Special thanks to the front office staff, especially Vijaya, and kamal for being so warm and helpful - really made check-in smooth and welcoming. The food was great across the board - delicious and well-presented. One suggestion: it would be nice to see a few authentic South Indian dishes added to the buffet to give it a more complete local touch. One small issue was that the air conditioning wasn't working when I arrived around 11:30 PM. After a long day, guests should feel a refreshing chill as soon as they walk into the hotel now feeling the same , so hope that gets sorted for future stays. Overall, a great experience. Looking forward to visiting again!
