Boys service are good, except the cleaners some times they forget to wash wash basin, clear dust bin on time and one cleaner asked for tips immediately after room cleaning. We have already paid everything for their service, and then why this cleaner expecting tips? We will give tips if we want to. Overall, we are satisfied with the service, especially from the room boys.

We booked it on an hourly basis as we were transiting via Visakhapatnam. The hotel was easily locatable via google maps. Rooms were kept ready and with minimum formalities they provided us the room. The charges were very reasonable. The room was okay on an hourly basis and if you are booking it for a day also its okay. They haven't provided the AC remote but they provided it immediately on asking via intercom. Though no restaurant option was there but you can order food from Zomato/Swiggy. The receptionist was good in behaviour. It was a decent stay for us and I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a budget hotel for a day or 2 or even hourly basis.

Their services was very good... behaviour of every staff is good They also allow us to stay extra time due to our some personal reasons during check out.. Good experience.. U can book this hotel without any hesitation

Hotel is nice and it is situated 2.5 - 3 km away from Ramkrishna Beach. But one should keep in mind the check in time before booking rooms. What they told us over the phone, did not meet expectancy. We had to wait 4 hours inside the reception but they told us that they would allow early check in if we paid 500/- rupees. There is a BIG COMMUNICATION GAP among the staffs. We were not alone in this situation, there were many families who faced the same situation.

Staff were helpful, which is one of most important aspects i look while selecting a hotel, otherwise the rooms are spacious and clean and that too at a affordable price. What's more one can ask for.

We went as a family of 6 adults plus 1 kid in Dec'24 (stay period 23rd to 29th) ..And had booked a family suite room with 3 king size beds and 2 washrooms. Rooms were clean and the owner gave us a free early check in.. ! PROS: *24 hours hot water facility *Uninterrupted wifi service *Great service by young boys *Immediate response to cleaning rooms and other services *Located centrally and a 5 min walk to famous Jagadamba junction CONS: *Few amenities like shower, hangers are missing in the room provided *No in-house restaurant available *Drinking water dispenser not working properly and also available only in the ground floor Can make drinking water facility available in all floors.Overall it was a great stay

Staff at the hotel is courteous,they try to help in every way possible.Best thing is the basement parking and also the market is at a walkable distance. RK beach and main monuments are within 5-6 kms.

The hotel provides nice rooms with a comfortable stay. I thought the rooms will be somewhat bigger but it was sufficient for 4 members family to spend 2/3 nights. They maintain the rooms nicely. Cleaning is good. If we feel like cleaning the rooms we just need to make a call to the reception. The location is nice. They have a restaurant but it runs by a third party. Food is good but with limited options depends on the rush. But the staff and manager courtesy is welcoming. We have faced some issues but the hotel solved the issue immediately which was beyond my imagination. They try to make your stay comfortable and hassle free. You can prefer staying here. But recommendation for tours & travels by this hotel is not good. i.e Palle travels does not treat their customers in a good way and they shout on you for payment. Also they only stop to restaurant known by them. Conclusion: you can stay in this hotel but don't take their recommendations for tours and travels.
