Hotel O SSG Residency

The hotel is near the Visakhapatnam railway station.You can literally walk from station to hotel.Rooms are decent and toilets are clean.Lift is operational.I think it is a good budget hotel.You will get auto service just walking a few metres away from the hotel.Most importantly near the hotel you will find a Bengali food restaurant as well as Punjabi or Rajasthani restaurant.All over it was a good experience to stay.

The telephone is not working , drinking hot water is not available. I have to pay an extra charge for early check in.otherwise room is good.

This hotel denied to provide me AC room. I wasted more than half an hour discussing with customer care lady, area manager,hotel management but got no solution. Most of your properties demand for extra money. Most of them provide non AC room instead of the matter you have paid for AC room. Customer support helps after holding phone call for atleast 45 minutes, in half of the cases, denied.

Fraud people. I made booking online. When I reached there, they told no rooms available. When I complained they send an automated/copypasted message saying "oh so sorry...." Be careful with these people.

Hotel location is little bit difficult to find, as it's away from main road. Hotel premises also not much clean and neat although rooms are good.

Value For money hotel. Seen review of many users and personally I have not gone through any such behavior or lack of service. Please do not go through Oyo bookings. Oyo itself lost it's faith and having no control over hotels. Go directly and book the hotel or call them in advance and book. That is the best option.

The stay at this place is not good. The bathroom is neat than the room here. The room was full of cigarette smell, bed sheets were not clean, wires came out from switch boards and left loose. TV was not working, AC is very old and not in good condition. The surroundings of the hotel were dirty. I don't personally recommend this room to any one.
