Hotel Neha Vilas Bhavan - A/C Rooms - Function Hall A/C in Vizag

Disappointing experience due to poor service and management. It was a business trip and from the moment we arrived, we encountered several issues including- Late Kitchen Service, poor room management, Wi-Fi not working, No complaint management and guess anything will be there in the list. You have to wait for 1-2 hours to simply get the breakfast after intimation and again improper management during dining. No proper service and no one is there to look after them if anything is required. Poor yet one good experience: Food quality and taste is good.

Service was very poor if you came here for lunch or dinner make sure you have Atleast 2-3 hour for getting food on your table and never plan to have a breakfast here because your hunger will die in your stomach for food.

Best ambience,food is very tasty and they have open kitchen, so customers can watch how they cook, they have the best parking Rooms are decent at a reasonable price

Service was not good. Rules was set but not followed. Communication errors are too much. Errors in bills, errors in items. Food was ok. but not upto the mark. Outside tiffins section looks good but seating provision is not good and full of Main road dust in the open area doesnt feel good to eat in the open area.

Very nice place Ample parking space Open air restaurant outside for tiffins snacks etc Also well air conditioned Restaurant Good quality nice Hygienic place Since new, I observed staff under tremendous stress and a bit of mismanagement Order placement, billing and the time required for the order to come on the table is on the higher side But overall gud Gud menu with availability of all indian cuisine, tiffins, tea, pizza burger sanwiches etc Bakery items, juices, mocktails etc also available. Budget friendly Staff members quite courteous as well.

Food is good but a lot of delay when asking for veg menu

Visited the hotel, located on left side of main highway. It's located very close to residential apartments. As it is near to highway, it's easy to get cabs. At the entrance you find parking area followed by a big lounge at the entrance. Safe to come with family and kids. We find good restaurants near by walkable distance.

Best place for north indian and odisha, people.. we are from odisha and we love all the food prepared by them... spacious parking area 5* staffs 5* hygenic .. 4* one star less due to washroom.. please clean it in between.. Rest of the things are ok Hey dear Odias !! do try mutton here... really delicious ... you will get a nice smoky flavoured mutton here.....
