Amazing Food and Excellent Service! I ordered food late at night, and it was absolutely delicious! My whole family loved every bite. The packaging was perfect, keeping the food fresh and intact. It's clear that the restaurant takes great care in both their preparation and presentation. Thank you for such a wonderful experience--highly recommended!

This is my honest review of Hotel Meghalaya in Visakhapatnam (Gajuwaka) after my fourth stay: 1. The area in front of the hotel is a mess due to the gathering of auto rickshaws, making parking impossible. It's difficult to park even a single car. 2. The receptionist at the front desk is very junior and lacks proper customer service skills. I did not notice any senior staff present to assist. 3. One of the lifts is out of order, which is inconvenient. 4. The lobby smells strongly of smoke, and despite complaining, no one from the hotel seemed to care or take action. 5. The food, especially the biryani, was subpar and not up to standard. 6. The bathroom is very cramped, and after taking a shower, the water floods the floor. Even after waiting for hours, you can't re-enter without stepping in the water. The exhaust fan doesn't work, and the taps are faulty. 7. Today, we ordered snacks after coming back from work, and it took about 10 minutes just to find a restaurant staff member. When we finally asked, the front desk staff said there was a family function happening on the terrace, and the restaurant staff was occupied. That was a poor excuse, and even after an hour, no one bothered to serve us. The senior manager also showed no interest, as he was outside the hotel. 8. Everyday same breakfast under complimentary scheme. 9. No entertainment facility given except youtube channel . 10. Receptionist everyday asking about check out day whereas already told after 6 days .. very irritating. The room itself was clean, and the room charge was reasonable, which is why I'm giving them 5 stars for that. But with all the issues mentioned above and the lack of proper service, this will be my last stay at this hotel. Think carefully before booking here. --- Hotel management must think about this..

A pretty solid Residential avenue if you're in Visakhapatnam. Very close to all places that get you access to transportation to all places in the city. Decent rooms and nice room service are cherries on the cake. Also this one has a restaurant on ground floor.

Worst experience.. food is so bad and the staff is is just trying to sale the old food and and expensive but not worthy for taste... food is cold. Never recommend.this for dining.

Thali meali meals not upto the mark. We are served with snaggy papads, insufficient curries. Ghee was served only on our demand. Leisurely restaurant even on a Sunday shows poor customers. Can improve.

The worst place on earth .... neither room was tidy enough for cozy sleep nor the hotel staff....but ok I thought may the food is good but when I ordered veg biryani the rice they used was of low grade and so dry that it didn't went down my throat really it's just worst and the raita was only white water that's it and nothing else..pls I don't recommend this hotel.

Horrible food served and irresponsible service by staff for my friends engagement event. Charged 1000 per plate, they did not maintain sufficient quantity of items for 200 people. Mutton curry is undercooked and emitted raw smell while eating. Utter disappointment. I strongly don't recommend this for parties and functions.

The room & service was good, I enjoyed the buffet breakfast, packed drinking water is not available in the room, they charge extra. Overall good hospitality.
