Hotel Meghalaya - Gajuwaka

Had good experience as we were there for a wedding. Helpful staff good food. Need to improve security and increase bell boys staff as we were travelling with elderly parents n relatives but there was no staff to help with luggage

Booked in the hotel, near by to Airport , Hotel service is good , staff allotted room quickly upon a small waiting but the room is neat and clean, they have south indian meals which is good ...as we are from Banaras we had a dream to have south indian thali and it is fulfilled here..staff and service is top notch ... I give full five star to this botique hotel ....

My stay in Hotel Meghalaya was very good although I stayed here for long period, their service was constant and good. Hotel management made my stay at hotel very much comfortable. Specially Kirti was my favourite one, she was taking care of all the things like drinking water, room cleaning also she took care of whatever parcel was coming at hotel.

Worst experience to even come and check in. The staff has no ethics, they make their guest wait atleast for half an hour to 45 mins to check in despite doing an advance booking.

Tried to checkin into the hotel. Hotel boy who is standing at the entrance steps behaviour is worst. They only giving negative feedback about the hotel and commenting on people who are waiting for the bus . Forget about rooms and everything, we don't get basic respect from the staff. Later we checked into near by other hotel. Very much disappointed and dissatisfied. I hope mangement is not focusing on watchman or boys behaviour. Very much disappointed

Resturant Food and service is good. Staff and management are very friendly and well behaved. R. Srikanth is a good captain

It was a amazing property In vizag their hospitality and respons of staff it's too good. I will prefer it. It was best. It's security person is also good. Special thanks to mrs koteshwari medam.
