Beds are infested with bugs. Couldn't sleep. Very unhygienic & poor customer service, did not give drinking water , no cleaning at all.

One of the worst experience in my vizag trip. Let me tell you my experience. We planned for vizag trip with friends. We reached vizag in the evening and checked in this hotel. They charged 1200+100 for 2 rooms. We checked in, and freshed up and we planned for vanjangi place for total night. So, we didn't stored any language in room and we left hotel and we came next day evening after our trip as we booked room for 1 day. There the real argument starts, when we asked for room keys. The receptionist rudely argued that you have already checked out. We argued for 1 hour. One more thing, they automatically took 100 rupees as tip, without asking customers. Staff is very very bad, they don't have any manners. They don't even respects their customers. COUPLES, PLEASE AVOID SUCH HOTELS

Worst expirience. Management of the hotel is even worst. if you ever want to expense the worst hotel with even worst services you can go there. A issue happened with us when we went out for sight seeings without informing us they written we checked out upon asking they argued with us saying that u r luggage was not there so we written checked out . Worst of the worst .please do not go to this hotel.

Worst room service And management is also very poor

Worst Experience ever as uh won't get any service neither a blanket or bedsheet and the mosquito stories are much different while the fan is for showup only as they won't provide uh wind. If uh opened ur window then uh ll get damn messy area and smell was There is no RO available in hotel neither normal water. Hence the Check out time it is mandatory to give tips to their staff and that's also minimum 100 rupees according to him and if uh disagreed with him then they started rational fight with client. Literally it was a Horrible Experience I have ever had.

Worst rooms experience in this hotel Service is worst too. Bathroom sucks not safe for couples... They blackmailed my friend too I do not recommend others. All these lodges are pakhandis. They are good in pakhand... They took 500 caution money too from the original price that is 1500 for 2 people's for one night. The worst part is they stole my wallet too from the room that was I kept in my bag... Also they are trying to steal money from us by their own way Overall worst experience Don't come here to stay....

Rooms at very low price. Bathroom are avg clean. Room is reasonable at this price.. But there are bugs. If you are lucky those will bite you .. My one eye got bigger after my sleep. Thanks to that bug. Best of luck for you. But the room is of value for money.

Not bad actually, 350 per person. We are 3 person they take 1500(1200+ 300)for 2 nights. I don't know why they take that 300, being told some security money. This is for stay they won't provide any service otherwise only room clean per day and 24 hour power and water supply.room is ok But bed is really big . And overall ok.
