It was absolute super stay with the elite Inn hotel.. Thank you so much to bhagya madam for helping out and making sure our stay was smooth... Big Big big kudos to her... Highly recommended for every one in vizag to stay.... And thanks to owner as well

I booked hotel based on location and reviews.. room was okay for price.. mostly delighted with the receptionist.. who was very welcoming .

I recently stayed at Hotel Elite Inn, and overall, I had a mixed experience. The location is definitely a strong point - very close to Vizag Railway Station, which makes it convenient for travelers. The prices are reasonable, and it's a good option for those looking to explore Vizag, with transportation easily accessible. However, if you prefer to stay near the beach, you may want to consider other options. During my stay, I accidentally left a shirt behind, and I was impressed with the staff's response. They quickly confirmed it was still in the room, and the manager arranged to return it to me via DTDC. Their helpfulness and prompt follow-up were much appreciated. On the downside, the room had a few issues. The door handle was broken, and while the bed and pillow covers were clean, the pillows and mattress underneath were not particularly hygienic. Initially, no towels were provided, and we had to request them. Additionally, water started leaking from the AC late at night, which was inconvenient. The ventilation in the room was also poor, as there was only one window facing another building's wall, so there was no view and minimal natural airflow. As a result, we had to rely on the AC for ventilation. In summary, while the hotel offers a convenient location and reasonable rates, there are definitely areas for improvement in terms of room maintenance and cleanliness. However, I am giving a 5-star rating for their humanity and the exceptional care they took in returning my shirt after I had already returned to my hometown in West Bengal. This gesture truly shows their commitment to customer satisfaction."

It's a decent place to stay and worth every penny. The staff is so helpful. I was indecisive about where to stay for a night that was close to both the railway station and airport. Most of the hotels in this area were expensive and had unhelpful staff, but when I stepped in here, the receptionist lady was warm and welcoming. She offered a very reasonable rate for a one-day stay. The staff also helped me with my luggage. They are down-to-earth and approachable. My only suggestion is to include a complete bathing kit, as it would be helpful.

I really wonder how can this hotel get such ratings.Recently some of my relatives stayed in this hotel.First when I spoke to a lady there for the booking she was extra polite.Later when my family visited that hotel the checkin was super slow.No towels were provided and when I asked them about it they replied that in bulk booking which is just 6 members in our case they don't provide towels.This is something new I was hearing.Later they were also charging 200 rs for washing because they found some stains in their pillow cover which according to them were new ones.And when I told them we adjusted with the delay in check in and also with no towels ,you are now asking money for some stains in your pillow cover.I have stayed in soo many hotels across the country never have I ever encountered such unprofessional behaviour.It was not a matter of 200 rs but the way they have behaved.Later probably their owner were taunting and saying since towels were not provided we used the pillow cover.I regret booking this hotel for my family members.Book this hotel only at your own Better some bucks extra and go to some better hotel.

I regret to inform you that my recent stay at your hotel fell short of expectations. Check-in was slow, the room lacked cleanliness, amenities were not fully available, and noise levels were disruptive. As a frequent traveler, I expect higher standards. I hope you address these issujes promptly for future guests. Afterall the management behaviour is very rude and they are completely money digging mentality.. I will not recommend to anyone.
