Hotel Coolriver (NAD Junction)

We were warmly welcomed at first with and we also booked for a drop from hotel to airport (paid already) but in the morning they said go away I am sleeping. That is how our indians are and their mentality. Not recommended from my side.

The proprietor does not treat visitors well. He's speaking quite badly. The rooms are really little as well. Additionally, the water tap isn't operating properly, and they turn off the air conditioning from the reception area. Bad experience.

Nice hotel ..1600 /- for 24 hours and with breakfast water bottle and tea

Worst hotel. No space is there to bath in the bathroom and room service is worst. Cigerate smells and asking tips for every silly job. No elevator, there is only steps. The receptionist in the hotel was not active at all. The hotel is just a simply waste. Please don't stay here. Very very worst . We only stayed in this hotel for a night. We moved to another hotel because of all these things which happen. I can't say that the only positive thing in the hotel is AC because that was also not working properly. There was no space to walk in the room. Please don't stay here, choose an another hotel.

unsatisfactory service. They used to switched off the AC from reception. The water tap issue wasn't resolved even after 3 days of complaint.

Not worth for the price. Pros Power backup is available only light and fans. Not for AC. The Bed was great. Room service available (9 am to 9 pm) Cons No lift, no bed lights, Bathroom are small and not cleaned properly. Got only one bath towel for two and they are worse quality smell different. Small stairs. Charged 1500+GST. Room smell like bad. No Hot water. Intercom not working. No own parking area. We have to park on service road.

Don't stay in that hotel. Last ten days we are struggling with them to get GST invoice as my relative stayed in that hotel. They are avoiding to give invoice as they received the room rent. Totally fradulent. Still they are telling silly reasons.we never ever asked extra bill. They denied to give GST bill. They said they will send by courier. But they asked additional 400 rupees for courier charges.

Pathetic experience. Rooms looked shady. We got a room on 4th floor and they had no life. Because of the 4th floor you won't even get service in time. Only positive was that AC was working otherwise its a no go for me. We stayed for a day only because we had to leave early morning to delhi
