Hotel A.V.S

Too worst experience with this hotel. The room is already used before we check-in. When you ask about the room someone is already used. They said like checkout the room & No respect to customer & hot water. But collecting money is 1200/- for 5hrs. They are playing with customers. #hotel-scammers.

This is worst hotel till now.There is no Water supply all night.I have visited the hotel with my friends for 1day but the service is awful.We have raised a complaint regarding the water issue but no one responded.They kept on telling the water will be available within 1 hour but the water is not available till we vacated the room.So please avoid this hotel.

They don't even provide glass to drink water, other than room nothing they provide,water comes in wash basin very slow.Pathetic.

Service and rooms were good, except one thing.. This is cyclone time here, we cqme for a function to attend. Early morning @6 we asked them for hot water. The boy politely said, wait for sun, coz we have solar water heaters. We took bath with cold water.. And frozen.. Wat else can i say.. Its disgusting

Good place to stay. Very well maintained and well mannered staff. Rooms are very good and affordable. Best choice for those who want to stay.

Avs residency is a hotel associated to OYO rooms. One can celebrate birthday Nd small parties here and they also provide hotel service.
