Homey Meadows - Vizag Beach

This was one of the worse hotels I have stayed. There were no basic facilities like dustbin, glasses, cloth hooks, exhaust fan in bathroom, etc. that you would expect in a decently priced hotel room. It seemed the hotel staff didn't understand even basic english, leave alone hindi. In the name of complimentary, they gave a small soap & a pouch of shampoo. For complimentary breakfast, they brought south indian dishes from nearby local stall that tasted oily & spicy. Battery cover in all remotes were removed & you had to shake / adjust batteries for the remote to work. Overall, a bad experience in staying at this place. Not recommended.

During our stay at this hotel we found it quite suitable and reasonable place to stay at. The staff is professionall and cooperative. Cleanliness is taken seriously too. The manager is a humble man and Mr. Arun who helped us through out our stay is commendable. And yes truly 24/7. Recommended for stay for both family and business tours.

Rooms are clean, very good behaviour of Staffs. 2.5 km far from Ramakrishna Beach, Kailasgiri, Lumbini Park, Tinneti Park are very near from this hotel, foods available as per requirement, Check out time 11 am, check in time 12 noon, early check in available on request, you can enjoy noise free stay. Overall rank 3.8/5

Room is okie okie. Location is nice Rooms are not the same which is showing in the Google page. It's a pure budget hotel so don't except more as per Google photos. Bedsheets are not cleaned properly. Washroom need better cleanliness. I asked house keeping to clean it once as it was dirty while check in hotel.

Please consider this before booking. There was water leaking from the wall for the room allocated to me. They have common wall for bathrooms with ventilator, you can clearly hear the sounds from other room. Forget about privacy and peace of mind.

I wanted to share that my parents went to stay in Vizag in this January and there was an harassment when they were checking out.. they have been harassed for near about half an hour by saying that they have taken a breakfast but didn't paid to them.. they don't have a proper note of the room and after 20 minutes they rectified that it was not happened in their room but next to my parents room.. they were really late for train which is really very insulting.. So please take proper info before booking Thank you

Nice one...management needs to take care about rooms, Every room has some issues like AC, painting fades and ambiance of room. Polite staff and good responding.

It wasn't a pleasant stay(okay for 1 night). The photos on MMT can be very misleading. Do not trust those photos. The bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. They do not even provide complementary water bottles; I mean, that's a basic thing a hotel should provide. I asked for one, and they charged me for it. No drinking glasses as well. In toiletries, I got only one soap. Even the towel was dirty. There are a lot of areas of improvement that the hotel can look at.
