Worst restaurant.. Today I went for dinner.. Below are the worst thing I faced 1.Soup was just warm not hot 2.mushroom salt and pepper just like roadside stall ( I would say, road side stall dish at least tastes better). The plating was just like as if they are giving it as free. 3.mushroom Biryani I had which was the worst I have ever eaten in my life. The mushrooms were not fresh and taste was horrible. And when I told the same to the person who was taking orders. He just ignored me The amount of the foods were very less. If u are more concern about the quality rather than quantiy, then plz show the same in ur dishes. No taste, no flavour. Plz improve ur service quality.. I was waiting for the waiter to come and serve for 5 minutes. The only good thing about this hotel is the staffs outside in the parking area. They are super in their job. And rest of thing nothing was good, from staff to food and service everything is bad

One of the best budget hotels to stay if you travelling through the NH16. The rooms are clean and service is good providing a comfortable stay with awesome range of breakfast buffet. this is my second time and Cygnett has not disappointed me.

Now I had an disappointing experience at a 3-star restaurant. Despite the establishment's claims of maintaining hygiene standards, I found two dead ants in my soup, which arrived after a 35-minute wait. This lapse in quality and service was unsettling, especially considering the restaurant's pricing. Road Side Food Stall are more hygiene than this so called 3 Star Claimed Restaurant.

The food is very delicious and good in taste, it's nearest to our home.

I have checked in on 23rd.All are going well.on 31st night some police person as come and started checking my belongings at around 7.30am. I still don't understand u policemen need to come and check our room as all information or KYC given to Lodge.Lodge is booked by reputed client for there works.Its really shame to hotel management.
