Collection O Visakhapatnam Railway Station

I would have given 0 rating if that was available. The rooms shown in the images and in reality are two extremes. They are just dirty and I don't want to mention about the washrooms. There is no hot water and we faced trouble bathing the kids. No proper response from the concerned ones and was just saying there is some transition going on with the property and owner changes. Only thing they helped me is with by allowing me to keep the bags till 6 PM or so after 12 PM checkout so that we could checkout and board our train at 7 PM and didn't charge me for that. This also they agreed because of the feedback I was giving regarding the rooms neatness and facilities there. I am not sure how the average rating is 4.8 currently. What I understand is with the reviews count of just 31, must be from the known ones of the property owner.

Well my experience wasn't good though, the room was not okay since it had hairs all over the floor and bed and also the toilet wasn't even okay to use, it had old dirty toilet and basin was dirty too. Overall the experience was bad, I'm not sure how people gave 5 ratings, definitely these people rated themselves with different IDs. Also the boy who showed the room had a bad attitude and doesn't look genuine at all. The hotel owner should take this review seriously and make sure all are good to pull more customers.

This place is near to railway station and easy to commute. Rooms are bit small.
