The location offers a pleasant stay with basic amenities and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff is cooperative, and the environment is generally comfortable. However, improvements in cleanliness and maintenance could enhance the overall experience for guests.

In terms of cleanliness, it was mostly good, but in the bed, there were few spots. When I asked the attendant to change the bed sheet, they rejected saying it is just water. The stain remained the same till the next morning indicating it wasn't water. The attendant wasn't very helpful either. When I asked for some help in carrying one of my bags, he rejected. When I asked for the bed sheet change, he rejected. Was good only to ask for a tip. There was a TV in the room, but there was no remote. When I asked for the remote, the attendant came to my room, saw the TV and said there's no set top box and that he will have to get it from some other room. Since it was already night, I asked him to skip it. I got a room in the ground floor which shared the wall with the food court over there. Till 12 midnight, there were too loud noises of cutting vegetables, frying stuff, the staff screaming, etc.

Good place to stay here.. silent place but one thing I found very very shocking.. when we went outside at vizag, without our notice they kept our luggage and all our personal belongings outside another room which didn't have any lock and any other facilities(not even mobile charging) except bathroom.. i haven't seen anything like this anywhere where your privacy is no more taken care of. 2 stars is just for this. Otherwise it was good.

Clean rooms, budget friendly, Best premium hotel in Gajuwaka.

I am from West Bengal and came here for 4 days and stayed here....a mind-blowing place to stay in gajuwaka right beside the main market . The room is really nice the food is mind-blowing room cleaning service is top knotch...the staffs are so calm and good in behaviour..it was a very great experience to stay here thank you so much the team of gvinn for giving us such a beautiful pleasure ...

Worst experience.. staff (Baskhar) and the manager are very rude . No friendly environment. No extra amineties and TV does not work. Small rooms with lot of noise and mosquitoes. No parking space.we have to park on road with our own risk.

Very basic Hotel near to gajuwaka area in Visakhapatnam. The rooms were very good though. Service wise they have very less number of staffs that's why the service is on a down side. Location wise very good. Ola, uber and auto rickshaws are easily available.

One of the best hotel to stay in that location. Value for money. Very friendly staff and owner. Spacious Rooms and hygiene. Owner I'll guide you for nearby food place. Worth of staying. Overall I can give 5Star Rating for this Hotel.
