Beach Guest House

Rooms are very congested as per the fare and not recommended for 3 member family. Nothing is available in this area, not even a tea shop. ***But important NEGATIVE point is the owner himself. Due to his behaviour and unavailability I will not recommend this place. Only plus point is it's a Less crowded area(1km from RK Beach) & have decent sea view.

Rooms and service are very bad. Fraud hotel. Duplicacy in all level, that is in advance payment, car service and room services. Rooms are too dirty and Noone is available for room cleaning and any kind of service.

The rooms are very small. Apart from the bed there is no other place even to walk. The room service is pathetic. You cannot find a proper restaurant nearby. You have to walk at least 1 km to find a proper restaurant.

Rooms: The rooms were regular while the sea view room had enough space, the other rooms lacked space to even move alone. The rooms were dirty, the television did not work, the washroom lacked space and no complimentary service was given (not even water and soap). View: It's a good budget hotel to stay 1-2 days at the seafront. The view from the room is great and it is advisable to book only sea view rooms. Staff: Staff behaviour is friendly and respectful. You can book early and trust them for a great service. The hotel do not have a kitchen but when called they can bring tea, breakfast and lunch from nearby eateries. So it's great service.

It's a budget friendly guest house and price wise its good. Opposite of Gokul Park, easy to find and it has a nice beach view. The rooms are small but clean especially the washroom. They ofc clean rooms everyday. All the staff are well behaved and low spoken which is good if you like to be all our own. They have a parking lot also.

Very bad service , no current , no generator and very bad behaviour And also not responsive after any problem

Too dirty & unhygienic to stay. Sanitation facilities were disorganised. Utterly deppressing ambience. It was an Worst experience to spend even a single night over here. Key person behaviour was in threaten mode.

The Rooms was good but they are small in size but need more maintained Clean Service was friendly and good in mannerse
