I had stayed in this property in the month of December 2024 along with my family in room no 507. Rooms were good and location is great . In buffet breakfast , they should add few more cuisines in desert , continental since they charging moderate unlike other hotels so food quantity , options, quality should be good. There should be few amenities for kids in the property wherein they can enjoy. One thing which needs to be highlighted is that they do housekeeping work , room cleaning when the room is locked and guests are not there by accessing through master key without informing guests. So one needs to be careful about that though none of our valued item was missing but I still feel the hotel authorities should inform guests prior room service.

Excellent location specially rooms having sea facing window. Service is excellent. Room Amenities are to be improved a lot. Food price are exorbitantly high. It should be rationalised. Well structured travel desk is needed. Laundry service is absent. Hotel employees are good enough.

We had a comfortable stay at The bay view hotel Visakhapatnam. Excellent sea view from our room. The hotel is close to city centre, shopping, and site seeing places. Food is good. The hotel is old but maintaining well. Overall comfortable. Superb view from our room. It's expensive but worth.

Best part is location and room views. Worst is the service w.r.t the pricing they offer: If u request for room cleaning they will miss it if you don't follow up with them constantly. If cleaned not everything complimentary is repfilled or replenished including toiletries, pillow covers, water bottles etc. Electrical fittings are bad they are just there, electric kettle doesn't work, the refrigerator provided doesn't work. You have to keep requesting for everything to be replaced for and then only it be done. Staffs are courteous but that doesn't help if rest things are not in place. Overall a bad experience!!

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and 4 days, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location, right in front of the seaside, which is beautiful. However, beyond that, there were several issues that really affected my stay. First, the room was not well-maintained. The lock on the bathroom door was defective, and my mother's room had a bucket with a hole in it, which was quite frustrating. The restaurant was even worse. The food quality was subpar, and the staff there appeared uninterested and unprofessional. They didn't seem to have a sense of hospitality, and it honestly felt like they were just going through the motions. Additionally, room service took a very long time, which added to the overall poor experience. Given all these issues, I would rate this hotel at 2.5 stars. It has potential due to its location, but the maintenance, food quality, and service need significant improvement.

Excellent location you can enjoy sea views from your room. Room was very well maintained. Quality of breakfast was good. Ample parking area and good service Overall it was a pleasant experience.
