Bay Leaf Resort

We have stayed at this place for our family vacation recently. Its a great location, right across the beach. The staff were friendly, the food (breakfast) was great. Below are the few things that made me give a low rating. (1) The pictures on google are very old and misleading. Please replace them. (2) looks like this is an old hotel, but they could have refurbished the interiors atleast, to make it look like new. The owners should seriously look into it. (3) On the last day, we were supposed to leave early, requested them to provide breakfast early, but the staff could not provide it. They need to sometimes consider customer requests too. Overall its a great location with good staff. Need to improvise the interiors, which will make wonders to this hotel's footfall.

Very bad experience with the stay. (1) The pictures on google are very old and misleading. There is no swimming pool or is the beach backside of the rooms. The beach is opposite to the resort. (2) looks like this is an old hotel, but they could have refurbished the interiors atleast, to make it look like new. The owners should seriously look into it. (3) We were told that normal rooms were 3000 and duplex was 4000. Both included complimentary breakfast and they didnot mention that it was only for 3 persons. We were 4 persons. And we took the normal rooms and we asked for an extra bed and they mentioned it would cost 500 more and we took it. It was a normal one and we were not happy with it and we asked them to remove it as we haven't used it. The geyser was not working properly and and the fan or light switches were not shown to us earlier. On the day of checkout , we asked them to reduce the 500 since we haven't utilised the extra bed. But the owner falsely claimed saying that it is not acceptable and asking us to either pay the breakfast fees or the extra bed. And the room is allowed only for 3 persons and that they will charge us per person which was not mentioned earlier In turn he was arrogant and raising his voice also was triggering it saying that we were worst customers ever and even cursing us which we felt really bad and had a fight at the end.. We was falsely accusing us that we were saying lies. This is the worst experience we ever had.

I had stayed with my family for one day recently on 25th Dec' 24 Quality of room and amenities are very pathetic and poor Very old fittings and fixtures inside the room No almirah or shelf cupboard available in the room The electrical conductivity pipes are laid over the wall surface which looks CV ery bad The toilet wash layout is very badly planned. The exhaust fan giving very bad loud while running The plastic chairs kept at the gallery conditions are of very bad quality Still the swimming pools photos are showing in their website which is actually not available at the Resort. Just to impress the public, not good at all Per day cost is too high 5000/- per day for Deluxe room for such a non standard room Also they charged me the breakfast cost, being a human being this can be thought up. Very bad experience, would not suggest anyone to stay there.

Nice place to visit if you are visiting vizag, nice location,great service.Though hindi is not their preferable language but the staff is very cooperative. I enjoyed 4 days of my visit with family

A setup apt for a small gathering. Located perfectly near the sea shore, the tranquility and serene surroundings are great.

Room was OK but found cockroach and so didn't feel comfortable... Also they had to bring hot water in bucket..

We are celebrated our niece 1st birthday. In resort "food is very good and staff is polite in nature ,we are happy to celebrate in bay leaf resort.

Location was good but rooms were not as good as it could have been. Good a good negotiated price but when i arrived, hot water was not available for bathing.
