Nice place to stay! Got a premium view due to its location. It's actually a residential apartment with the name Sai Kutir. The topmost floor is the hotel. Rooms are spacious, washroom is really clean and speckless, staffs are friendly but none of the stays there at night! Overall, it was a decent experience.

The guest house is in Dr. NTR Beach Road, just beside Novatel Hotel (walkable distance from Novatel). Rooms & service is good. Beach facing rooms are awesome and have a balcony to sit and relax. I recommend this guest house to have a pleasant stay. I have stayed 2 nights. The staff is good and co-operative. This is not a hotel, you need to order food in Swiggy or Zomato. You can get a good food order from Kamat Hotel, Lawson's Bay Colony.

We took a sea view located room. They charged 4200+taxes.. it's too expensive.. building is very old and smelling bad. It is on the 6th floor. Service is also not good. But the location is super. For sea view rooms, they have a balcony where we can booze and sit and have coffee or food.. it was a great experience.

So harsh realities first. This place is a guest house. Don't come if you want a hotel. The place has a very old elevator and is situated in an old building. We knew all that and still giving it a 5* coz it has a spectacular view of the sea with a private terrace. See the photos to believe. At this price, it might have the best view ever in any Indian beachside. The service guy is very prompt. Helped us with cutlery, heating food, room service. Room is quite good. Has everything that a standard 3* will have including mini fridge. If I come to Vizag again, I will definitely choose this place.

Room on topmost floor was compact. Bathroom amenities not upto the mark. The bathwater was brown, must have been white once! Only 1 hand towel for two people. No kitchen, but a kettle in the room for tea or coffee. But the coffee/tea sachets aren't replenishes. One needs to go and ask. The watchman asks you for an amount he decides upon to wash your car, especially when he's drunk snd he's downright rude (drink?). The handyman Mr Om Prakash olis the genuine article. Very hardworking, ever-smiling. God bless him! Location is awesome, but only four rooms on the 6th floor have a sea/beach view. The non-sea view rooms could've been definitely lower-priced! No in-house dining available.
