The reception staff Ms. Parimita was so good in her duty and very particular about her responsibility. We wish her all the success in her endeavours. We enjoyed the stay very much and enjoyed a lot. Food was also so good. The entire process was value for money.

Recently I stayed here during one of my visit to the city. The room was spacious and well maintained. The service needs to be improved. I have stayed at Vivanta in different cities, and never had any complains. But at this location, I believe staffs were not well trained. No one showed us to the room and literally we were searching from corridors to corridors.We have to call front desk to even get our luggage from waiting lobby to our room. The food was also good. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Overall the stay was comfortable.

Really liked overall experience very friendly staff especially at the Restaurant and only one thing needs to be changed is Mattresses... Ambience was good. Overall experience is great. Very well maintained and all time cleaning was happening

We took an overnight break on the way to Hyderabad. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. The location of the hotel is such that all shops are within walking distance. We decided to go for a walk around the town and then came back to the hotel and had dinner at the restaurant listening to some lovely old English songs sung live.

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds that made for a restful night's sleep. The amenities were top-notch. The location was also ideal, offering easy access to local attractions and stunning views that added to the overall charm of the hotel. The only slight drawback was the food. While it was decent, I felt that it could have been a bit more flavorful and varied. It wasn't bad by any means, but compared to the excellence of everything else, it left a little to be desired. That being said, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable getaway. With just a little improvement in the dining options, this hotel would be absolutely perfect!

Room should be more clean, bed linen should be more clean and tidy. Its not good to see the broken items in the room looks very bad. Food is very good, good to have local menu and as well as international cuisine. Extra bed should be ready before arrival.

If he is not on duty, he always arranges for an alternate staff member to ensure a seamless check-in process. ||Ms. Salma, I met her for the first time during my recent stay at your hotel, and I have to say she is doing an excellent job. Very attentive and always willing to assist. She ensures that my stay is as easy and comfortable as possible. she always makes an effort to personally answer my concerns in case of lady staff is unavailable.||Ms. Subadra's hospitality service deserves to be recognized. She is from the Dinni department and constantly greets me at breakfast, serves me with affection, and personally handles in-room dining because I am a hijab-wearing lady. ||Last but not least, Mr. Raju, who is always warm and welcoming and performs excellent duty with a smile on his face.||Thank you, guys, for making my stay another memorable one.
