Overall, the hotel was nice -- clean rooms, decent service, and a comfortable environment. However, the air conditioner remote wasn't working, and despite informing the management, no action was taken. It's disappointing when such a small issue gets ignored and affects the comfort of the stay. Hope they improve their responsiveness.

The rooms were wonderfully cozy... maybe a bit too cozy, with barely enough room to turn around, which really made us bond with our suitcases. The decor? Let's just say, they really went for that 'worn-in' look. Don't expect Ventilation..who needs that! Cleanliness was refreshingly lax! Dust, mysterious stains, and even a few friendly critters made the room feel like a true adventure. Housekeeping must be understaffed, but hey, I didn't mind a little mystery with my stay. Service was impressively hands-off - they really encourage independence here. They don't even provide bathroom soaps unless asked especially (the charge 2240 for a room). Very pathetic hotel,spoiled my stay.the staffs behaviour is worst.Basic ammenities provided not working properly specially AC.when I called reception regarding the AC.the receptionist ordered me to come down and talk.And he repeatedly telling me that if you book a room on MMT,then u will get this type of room only.

This place is really not safe for women,kids and families. The hotel room that we were given in 2nd floor which is full of cigarettes smoke and hard to breathe. In the same floor majority of the rooms were given to some male groups who are drinking alcohol and smoking all night with nuansence. Our parents couldn't sleep all night it was so scary. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE STAYING WITH YOUR FAMILY.

A Nice and Decent Hotel in Vijayawada for staying. A Plus point is this hotel is located near to Bus Stand and Railway Station. The rooms were neat and clean. A Good option if you want to stay for 2 - 4 days. The staff here is cooperative and strict also. Overall a good option to stay in Vijayawada

Its a worst experience i come across.Rooms are not tidy..There is no personal key for customer.They says one price before check in they charges more than they tell before.No proper response from boys and staff.I had to be stay stay there bcoz there were no alternatives on that day..I strictly recommend better dont stay there.

Overpriced hotel. They say they are the only hotel that allows pets, but charges extra 500 per pet. Basic facilities are available but charge is on high end. Even for a bowl of boiled rice,they charge Rs 100. Our room was smelly and not cleaned properly, so we had to ask for air freshener. Room service is not upto mark.We saw water bottles left by previous occupants. Previous hotel we stayed in offered excellent service with pets on less rate. Do not prefer the hotel.

I would give 5 stars for the service and behavior of the staff. They are very good! And it's pet friendly hotel. Thats what matters the most to me. I've posted the photos before leaving and not while entering hence the mess The room was very good. They forgot to give dental kit and towel. I had to ask. They forgot to place a dustbin and mat for bathroom. But I was too tired to ask them and just dozed off. Do ask them if you don't find anything.
