Title: Disappointing Stay at Treebo - Not Recommended for Business Travelers or Families I recently visited Vijayawada for a friend's wedding and, since I work night shifts remotely, I specifically chose Treebo because they advertised having Wi-Fi -- a basic necessity for any traveler these days. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Upon check-in, I realized that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in my room. I called the reception multiple times. First, a lady answered and insisted the Wi-Fi was working. When I called again, a gentleman told me they would reset the router. Even after their attempts, the Wi-Fi issue remained unresolved. Finally, I went down to the reception to explain the situation. A staff member accompanied me to check the Wi-Fi and admitted that while there was a signal in the hallway, there was no proper coverage inside the room. He offered to change my room, but then mentioned that the new room's door lock was broken. Every time I needed to enter or exit, I would have to call reception for assistance -- a major inconvenience. The room conditions were equally poor. The linen smelled strongly of alcohol, and this unpleasant odor was noticeable on most floors. It felt neither hygienic nor safe, especially for families. The bathroom was also in bad shape. The sink leaked water onto the floor and even onto my legs -- something that, cleanliness, and maintenance if they want to provide a reliable and safe stay.

Excellent Stay at Treebo Empire Hotel, Vijayawada. I had a wonderful stay at Treebo Empire Hotel in Vijayawada. The hotel offers a comfortable and pleasant experience, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The staff is extremely courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The food quality is excellent, and the breakfast spread is delicious, offering a variety of choices to start the day on a great note. Overall, I highly recommend Treebo Empire Hotel for its hospitality, comfort, and great service. Would definitely choose to stay here again!

One of the worst hotels I stayed at. Don't recommend this hotel at the least. 1.i wasn't given a refund after I was assured of one post cancelation on agado. The hotel staff are fraudsters. They told me that they would accept my agado cancellation if I made a booking with them offline. Later I was denied a refund which is outright against the policies of the booking. I was charged extra, for toiletries too. When I asked for the refund they denied it and now I'm pressing charges and filling a complaint with consumer court.

Recently I booked this hotel for a night with my family, the receptionist guy was very friendly and polite and guided me well. I have a very pleasant stay and sleep after a tried some long drive. Next day morning hotel provided breakfast which was quite good. Only they need to improve on their parking space. Definitely will come back on my next trip.

Claims to have all amenities but none of it works. In spite of customers taking rooms, they were doing renovation work during the day where there was continously drilling and hammering work and noise to the rooms. TV doesn't work. AC doesn't work. Call reception 100 times, they just not respond or address. My stay included breakfast. They said breakfast was over. Ask for toiletries, they charge for it. Worst experience ever. Would give negativity rating if I had a chance. 2300 for this shitty Hotel.

The rooms were good. I wouldn't say great, but they were good to stay for one night. The owner was very welcoming. The location is very nice as well. At the time of my stay, there was some construction going on in their kitchen. Hence, it was closed. But the complementary breakfast could improve. I wouldn't prefer the same bfast the next day. Maybe that was because of the kitchen repairing, but I am not sure. All in all, it was a decent stay.

Our experience not good...Rooms lack maintenance,fan was not working so they called electrician,they sometimes don't respond even to ur call,they don't give towels,dental kits quickly,very old property,bathroom door was not locking ,for breakfast they will try to give less(vada 1 piece only small per person). The manager keep scolding staff in front of guests and luggage was also not carried to rooms or kept in car while going....it's more of a cottage than a hotel...

The hospitality of the staff was very good. We checked in late night and they were available and help us park our car in their parking. Room was clean and maintained. The breakfast was good in the price range. Overall it is recommended if you are travelling and need overnight stay.
