The Kay Hotel

Kay is on the prime location on the highway. Never expected Gunadala will host a place like this. Food and service is on topnotch. Quality of the food is awesome. For a moment you feel the Hyderabad chefs have been summoned at Vijayawada. Service was daily good, unlike one servers many were attending at tables. Washroom are very hygienic. Very courteous welcome to the guests.

Very comfortable hotel to stay for business travel. Very well maintained common areas and rooms. Complimentary breakfast is fantastic! Not much restaurants or eat outs or shops to explore in the vicinity of the hotel though it is well connected to the city and airport as well.

The food was awesome, know what you're ordering and ask for the spice level you're comfortable with, and you'd not have any problems. They usually have buffets going as well, so if you don't like to order individual dishes, you can try the buffet. Their complementary milk shake was a surprise, and the line up of soups are worth trying especially Cantonese Soup which was delish. Servers are polite, very attentive and friendly. Try their shahi mutton biryani, it's tasty. Parking is easy as they provide the valet service. The place appears to be child friendly and one can have a nice time with family and friends. Keep up the good work.

Attended birthday party of a neighbour's daughter. Hotel is good and food as well . Service is good. Don't know about prices but what ever you pay may be it will justify. Valet parking available

The Hotel is calm and comfy , food is Yummy ! Staff and service is great, Excellent Hospitality! Especially Mr.Srinivas Employee is too good at handling the staff and recieving the Guest ! Would recommend this hotel for business as well as family stay !

The parking space was really spacious. The manager Venu Madhav and his staff were really helpful and friendly. The deserts were heaven on earth.The Kolhapuri and Kulcha were fresh,tasty and chewy and were a great combination

Very bad experience had this time from so called fake 3 star hotel. From wallet parking to dine in. Really worse everywhere. Wallet guy is asking to park car by ourselves n taking key after car parked. In restaurant all waiters are very busy in speaking & walking without any attention to customers. Hardly 4 tables are occupied. Manager is very busy in Cals sitting in a corner n no waiter is attentive. After all this shit we ordered multiple items in which main course came first with bland rice of biryani. Starters came later almost 30 mins later n we rejected it. Then manager came n said it's ok if u can't wait for food. Hello Management, Customers are very important for ur kind of business. Many star hotels are available in city with good food n hospitality 1000 times very higher values than ur worse hotel. So be attentive to ur customers n make some changes with your useless manager n restaurant walkers n so called waiters.
