Swarnas the capital hotel

I stayed for 7 days at hotel swarnas the capital. Rooms very neat and big enough. Staff were also very friendly. Everything is perfect here. There is no inhouse restaurant but all food delivery apps are available for food delivery till your room. I visited vijayawada many times and stayed at many hotels, most common problem I faced is cockroaches. Almost all my previous stays I faced this problem but i was very impressed for one major reason with this hotel is I did not find a single cockroach in my room during my entire stay. Parking is bit small but I could manage parking my vehicle. Overall I did not face any problem at this hotel during my stay...

Staff at all levels were cordial and cooperative. Especially Rajesh was extremely helpful during a crisis situation. Restaurant facility if available would have been excellent amenity to avoid long wait for food. Overall good property with good front office staff.

We have visited this place with family. We got a last-minute booking. So we were three people and the receptionist said he's going to send the bed, but then he forgot about it and he did not send it. The room was late and clean. However, the geyser was not working in the morning. We requested for tea at around 8 AM and to a surprise, they said boys were not available and even till 930 in the morning tea was not served and we left without having anything. It's a big let down because the star rating was good, but experience was very bad.

Perfect for staying in Vijayawada. Clean, good service, nice staff. They arranged our laundry under 24h. Parking available. We travel by truck (6mx3m) . Good for travelers/overlanders! Ondrej Czechia

One of the best hotel with reasonable price,and well behave staff . Service * and good location

Hotel was very clean and good...but the only draw back is it's not in the centre of the city...no restaurant facility.very far away from railway station.
