Super OYO Hotel Durga Bhavani Residency

I have booked hotel now for today, i need late check in and late check out, as i tried to book it for 18-19 april 2025 it always picked up 17-18., i have to edit it everytime. Spoke to agent and supervisor Tewsheef alam for extension of time as i check in late. But they denied to help me then i asked for refund, so they that cancellation has to be done on 17th as its non refundable. I have made booking on 18th morning at 3am how can someone go back to a day cancel the booking, these people just charging on the name of policies, how could it be the policy, i can cancel it if i made the booking a week ago but i did it now for today's check in then how can i go back to 17th for cancellation. Its an act of scam. They are not helping me in anyway, this is my first time of reservation and the staff cheated me on the name of policy. Worst experience ever, even before i checkin.

This is the worst hotel experience I ever had . The rooms are conjusted and their cleaning services are not upto the mark . Too many cockroaches and mosquitoes . Bedsheets provided by them are not washed properly . Washrooms are not cleaned properly and someone passed stool at the backside of the Washroom commode and the staff dint cleaned it . It was full of dirty smell which made me feel irritated . Ac is not working properly . The lift is also very conjusted . Overall it's a very bad experience

Actually it's a fraud hotel, If you book a room for 2 people also, They will provide one single bed room by stating you have booked only classic room, how come 2 can sleep in a single bed? They are cheating people who's coming by thinking they've got room but end being cheated by this property. At those time it's difficult for some people to search new rooms and also it's under non refundable booking, So they play with you easily. Beware of this property

They do not clean the rooms. The premises is located inside a narrow lane where one cannot park one's vehicle. Hot water geyser, AC under the control of the receptionist. I would never recommend that Hotel nor I would book a room through OYO again.

Rooms was nice with reasonable price. Over all, recommended to stay. Nearest to railway station.

Overall, I had a great experience with the hostel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and everything about the stay was excellent. Highly recommended!

I trust the rating of the reviewers and i stayed there, worst rooms and service, it' s difficult to get auto infront of the hotel..

Hotel was good but Oyo service was extremely bad, story - I already talked to a customer care executive and explained him that I were going to reach the property 90 minutes before to which the hotel manager said that they will levy extra early check-in charges, but after I talked with the customer care executive, I was assured that no such charge will be taken from me, but I was certainly charged for it on the booking day. After I told a customer care executive to talk to the hotel about it at that time, he said that the hotel doesn't have any room at the current moment, and hence will give you a room at the standard check-in time only, but as I was present in the hotel at that time, I could see there were many rooms available but OYO just wanted to get away with their mistake just by saying those things. Moral - Don't prefer OYO to get a room, just walk-in and do it on your own.
