They claim it to be a three star hotel but it's nowhere close. Don't think it's even a one star hotel. It's mostly an apartment style hotel with very bad maintenance. The bedsheets, towels have holes and look greyish. Even the washrooms are not maintained well and don't look clean. The staff is pretty good which is the only thing going for them.

Service was superb. I forgot my phone charger. But the hotel staff kept it for me, which I later collected. Bedsheets had marks on them. They can make an effort to keep the bedsheets clean. Common area sofa was dirty. Geyser and shower were excellent.

Only best thing about this hotel is the location near to main road with parking, they charged me extra, while Booking 2 rooms for my and my friends family I missed to update the occupants, which I initially did, I don't know how it missed, even after requesting them saying we'll only stay from 12am midnight to next day 7am they still charged me 400 extra. If not said will cancel the room, with no option left at that late night 12am midnight I was forced to pay extra and stay, i would have updated correct details I would have paid arround 90rs instead got forced to pay 400rs
