Super Hotel O Vijayawada Near Railway Station

Hotel name is confusing. it's 1Town infront of Police station.Room are small and less spacy but Ok. TV are smart but didn't run through free wifi. You must check toilet services before use. AC are good. Distubence is less. Bed are nearly 5*6 ft. No room service availble. Take water bottle along you for bring it from ground floor. Cleaning service also demands money, which I don't think good. Room telephone not working. Take reception number if any query. I see an issue of emergency evacuation, which you must aware during stay. Regarding location, it's good place near, railway station, police station and near Ghandi Hill. you can visit Ghandi Hill with family for evening walk.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely impressed! The rooms were exceptionally clean and hygienic, truly giving a 5-star feel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was absolutely awesome. The location is also perfect, being very close to the bus stand and with everything you could need within easy reach. Highly recommend!"

"A Masterclass in Hospitality... or the Lack of It!" Booked a Deluxe Double Bedroom through MakeMyTrip, but the only thing deluxe here was the level of confusion. The hotel location on the map was off by a casual 1.6 km--who needs accuracy when you can enjoy a spontaneous neighborhood tour at 7am? Walked into the hotel only to be greeted by a sleepy receptionist who looked genuinely surprised to see guests. We were told the booked rooms were "unavailable" (surprise!) and had to argue and raise a complaint to MakeMyTrip just to access what we had already paid for. The room? Oh, it was a tribute to the past guests--long strands of hair, stained bedsheets, dusty corners, and a non-working lamp that added to the mood of decay. It's as if the room was locked on Friday and opened on Saturday just for us--untouched, unclean, and unbothered. And yes, booked for two but got one bath towel--because sharing is caring, right? If you're looking for an unforgettable stay, this hotel guarantees memories you'll never want to relive. Would highly recommend it to my enemies.

A sad experience Recently I had booked for our stay (6 of us All senior citizens) at Super O Hotel Vijayawada through Booking.com. I had paid advance amount of 5693 for 2 rooms with 3 occupancy and for three days. When we landed at Vijayawada early morning 3.30 and to shock we note that no such hotel in that name. We were taken to a formerly Adthi named hotel with after quite a search. The rooms were not cleaned. No water. No room service. Only a young chap said to be newly recruited standing outside the hotel and continuously taking over cellphone. He refused to give us the Hotel Manager.... This forced us not sign any register but vacated both the rooms. Our repeated emails and SMS for change of hotel / refund the advance paid were not cared for by Booking.com as well as the hotel. I had received 25 emails replies staying that the matter has been under consideration. After 3 days I had an email asking me to attach photos of Water not coming, AC not functioning No room service No one to help us.......... Pathetic How to send pictures or videos for AC not functioning or No water... When I posted that I would go for legal remedies for the agony ....and for refund of advance paid there is no response either from Booking.com or from the dubious hotel. This may serve as Eye opener for people not to book hotels....through BOOKING. COM. for dubious hotel in Vijayawada.

You can find other body hair full over their sheets. Its gets worse further We are about to check in they have asked for a additional amount your booking amount has no value We have question they have asked to find different place at mid night 2am No hot water. Booked a bigger room they have given us a smaller one. No basis amenities like soap, shampoo are provided Bad reception and management

3 major issue: 1)room check in time, not guidance on which floor in the room and how to do any things. 2)check in after room hot water hot water is not available. Immediately I will inform, but management will not arrange the hitter. 3)TV also not working properly. , I Informed, but management come and check easy tell with TV hanging issue not arranged. Every thing worst management... Very bad experience...

This property manager is a fraud. He gave me a single room instead of deluxe room that I booked through oyo and it looks like 3rd grade room. I was stuck with my family on the road and I began looking for another hotel. Very dissatisfied with Oyo and will never trust oyo in future and also this property. Thank you for your worst service.
