I recently stayed at a Capital O Hotel and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to a significant issue with mosquitoes in the room. Despite the hotel providing "All Out" mosquito repellent, it was ineffective, and I suffered a lot because of the constant mosquito problem. The primary source of the mosquitoes seemed to be the bathroom window, which lacks a proper mesh to block their entry. This was a major inconvenience and made my stay very uncomfortable, especially during the night. I would strongly request the management to install a mesh or take other measures to prevent mosquitoes from coming inside. This simple solution could greatly improve the overall guest experience. Other than this issue, the room and services were decent, but the mosquito problem overshadowed everything else. I hope the hotel addresses this concern promptly.
